+ It was really close to the main train station but far from the touristy area
- Rooms were not clean, and beds were not made
- It was very dirty
- The toilettes are very dirty. Lack of toilette paper. Shower are shared. Which I found not hygienic at all

- El precio es altísimo. La limpieza es nula. El ruido es igual que el precio. VER LAS FOTOS. Esta página no me permite cargar vídeos pero tengo un vídeo en el que debajo de los colchones tienen cepos para las cucarachas.

- Old style Facility : old bunk shaky bed and small rooms. Footsteps echos in the room, no bed no privacy, bathroom and toilet separated in 2 floors.. No ladder to climb up to upper bed..

Decent stay. My friends key card for the locker wasn’t working and had to get it switched. However the bar had a great atmosphere and everyone was super welcoming.
stayed here twice—great both times. super chill, easy check in, goated location, free coffee in the morning. also pretty decent price considering salzburg… 🙌🏼

Nice hostel! Lots of other travellers are doing a similar route where they head here in between Munich and Vienna, so you’re likely to meet friends here and travel with them in one of those other cities. The bar is great at night where you’re bound to meet other people too!
Good location, great locker size. Very echo and noisy at night. Toilets not really clean.
Fantastic facility! Sadly no stove top, but clean and comfortable with wonderful staff! Would definitely stay here again!
Nice stay in a central location. I was missing the curtains next to the dorm beds a bit but otherwise I can totally recommend staying there.
The hostel is located not too far from the major attractions which was great! They even give you a free city pass allowing you to use the public transport for free. My major complaint was that the beds don’t have curtains. You have to go to the second floor to use the women’s showers regardless of which floor you’re staying on. The restrooms for men and women are in a common shared space. The restrooms and showers were extremely dirty. I also noticed mould in the showers.
The place itself was okay, but the experience with staff was disappointing. Asking questions felt like a burden to them, and I was treated in a way that made me uncomfortable, like I was being judged. Staff or volunteers could definitely use better customer service training
This hostel felt well run and genuinely professional. It had a nice social vibe where people were actually meeting and connecting, which made it more enjoyable. The location is very convenient, close to the main train station and key attractions. My room was spacious with lockers and a basin inside, which was really useful. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
We loved our stay in Salzburg. The hostel staff were very friendly and helpful. They put on the sound of music film every night at 8pm, which is a great way for everyone to meet and hang out. It’s very handy for the train station and very close to the centre. We would definitely recommend!!
Ok room, was a little musty smelling but great location. Downstairs area was cute

Loved my stay here! So great for everything you need. The staff were so helpful! Broke my charging cable right before my train and they charged my phone for me right beforehand and pointed me in direction of a place I could get a new one. Location is perfectly away from heaps of hustle and bustle but close enough to sites it’s easy to walk to.
Excellent location and a nice atmosphere. The cleanliness could have been improved and I would have appreciated curtains on the beds.
Great hostel, would love to stay there again while visiting Salzburg.
Staff was super friendly! Every night the hostel plays the Sound of Music, and it’s a great way to meet others. Overall I enjoyed my experience here
This was a great hostel! Super clean and cozy- loved the movie night. Very kind and accommodating staff, and I appreciated being able to store my bag before and after in a locked room free of charge.
