They had no knowledge of my booking even though I had multiple forms of confirmation, so they didn’t have a bed for me. Left me waiting outside for 20 mins with no contact. They did refund me and suggest somewhere else for me to go, but incredibly disappointing.

La recepcionista muy amable. Te guardan los bolsos aún cuando hayas hecho el check out y te prestan el baño. Los baños sucios y en malas condiciones, no había jabón y eran muy pocos baños para la cantidad de personas. Mal equipado el baño, no contaba con secador ni algún apoyo para dejar la ropa. Las piezas regular. Había lockers con llave y entregaban toalla. Muy buena ubicación. No hay conserjería toda la noche. No había servicio de cocinilla.

Excellent place and location! Also, the staff are very friendly and prompt to help. Had an issue with the locker and it was solved in less than half an hour by Pichi. I definitely will be back

El primer día habiendo pagado una habitación para mujeres me metieron a dos hombres sin previo aviso. No está bien hacer eso sobre todo porque no sabes qué experiencia han podido tener las chicas que han decidido no compartir con hombres. Además, lo mínimo es avisar. Por lo demás, es un sitio normal te dan códigos para todo puerta de entrada, el ascensor y habitación me pasaron todo explicado por whatsApp (un poco tarde he de decir). Cuando llegue deje todo en recepción, podrían poner...

Decent hostel for what you pay. Walls are pretty thin and its basic hostel. Not much common spaces. Central location but also on a loud street

The emplacement is great, the beds are very cozy and it was not too hot even in late june. The bathrooms are convenient and the hosts were helpful ! 😊

The hostel was quite basic. I appreciated that it had curtains, but one of them didn't close all the way due to its positioning. It would have been better to use one curtain for the top of the bed and another for the side paneling, rather than a single long curtain, which prevents it from fully closing. On the positive side, it is located in a nice area.

Propre, moderne, confortable, bien situé, pratique, calme, accueillant, efficace, agréable, recommandé.

Incredibly central location, and clean. Big lockable lockers. Attentive staff who ensured I got in ok when I arrived late and reception was closed. The lack of kitchen lets it down. Also I had to pay by international bank transfer as the reception was closed when I arrived and when I left in the morning so I couldn't pay in cash/by card. I incur a huge fee for making international bank transfers, but luckily I had a Portuguese friend who could make the transfer for me.

La ubicación es lo mejor, el barrio es bonito se siente seguro y llegas a todos lados caminando, está limpio, bonito la atención es buena. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Small but very nice and clean hostel. Comfortable bed, good shower, very friendly staff. The only inconvenience is absence of kitchen.
