- There was a serious incident that happened regarding a woman’s safety when I was staying here that I don’t feel was handled well. Myself and other women staying here were made to feel scared and unsupported. Female travellers please be cautious and stay safe.

+ El grupo de voluntarios hizo mi estancia más agradable

- El encargado usa a los voluntarios para hacer el trabajo que debería hacer un personal pago. No cumple lo que promete y si tenés alguna queja se va a encargar de hacerte la vida miserable. La humedad que hay en ese lugar da asco, salían gusanos de la mugre acumulada de años. El encargado ante una queja sobre acoso puso en duda la palabra de la victima, haciéndola sentir vulnerable y completamente desprotegida. Por supuesto que le rogó al pervertido que se quede. Si estás pensando en hacer voluntariado acá no lo hagas, hay mejores lugares a quien ofrecerles tu tiempo. Y si estás pensando en alojarte, piensa en como tratan a los voluntarios que son viajeros como vos, y si merecen tu dinero. Ah.. tené cuidado que te van a querer manipular, no te creas la sonrisita y la buena onda que te pintan. Son cagadores seriales.

+ The location is perfect.

- The guy of the reception was rude. My dorm was in the third floor, if you're tall is a big problems, be careful with your head. It's need to seat to pee. And it's difficult to leave your belonging next to your bed, like a small table or small closet. Unconfortable shower and toilet. Room very very cold

+ The volunteer who helped with the below situation.

- Unfortunately I did find a bed bug in the morning. I squished it and showed the volunteer at reception and he was very helpful and offered to have all my belongings washed, offered to move me to a private room in another building and gave me a full refund. The rooms aren't very clean. The room I was moved into had dirty sheets & a towel in the cupboard drawers (not sure why these were in there, hopefully they've since been discovered) and the blanket on the bed had a funky smell.

+ The room was nice

- Absolutely not “one of europes best hostels”. It’s actually one of the worst hostels I’ve been to. Only come here if you find spending an extra 50 euros a night to enjoy the property. Nothing is included, everything is double or triple expensive. There was no community unless you’re a super drunk Aussie .

+ ロケーションの良さは申し分ないです。 補償は、カード払いなので カード支払可能と思い予約しました しかし 支払いはキャッシュのみと言われ 1泊キャンセルしたら拒否され 先にキャッシュで1泊分払って　 再度1泊分お金をおろし支払うが 後日再度1泊分請求された 領収書ももらえず 意味が分かりませんでした 払いはしませんが

+ The location was good, that's it.

- There was a POS terminal (see photo), but they said that they accepted only cash. They did not provide me a proof of paying the city tax, which could result in getting fined at the airport (our taxi driver in Podgorica warned us and we contacted the property on the way to the airport; fortunately, the staff members were quite responsive and reacted within a few minutes).

+ La ubicación

- Lo primero que encuentro luego de hacer el check in es un envoltorio de dulce en mi cama, escasea la limpieza. A su vez en el check-in no te informan de nada, ni las instalaciones te muestran. Mi tercera noche al regresar luego de un largo día fuera me encuentro con la sorpresa de que MI CAMA HABÍA SIDO OCUPADA, le dieron mi cama a una nueva huésped, llevándose mis toallas (que gratamente aparecieron). Estuve 40 minutos esperando que haya alguien en recepción para poder comentarles el error que habían cometido, el número que figuraba en recepción estaba apagado, tuve que ir a la agencia de turismo a pedir si los podían contactar. El empleado que vino a ayudarme vino con la peor de las ondas. Por suerte pude dormir en otra cama, pero el mal gusto no me lo saca nadie.

+ The hostel was in a superb location, the staff were incredibly facilitating and friendly and it had a really cool atmosphere - highly recommended!

- Было слышно все, что у соседей и все, что на улице.

+ The location is perfect, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room had a bit of sound coming through the walls, but it’s important to understand that this is a very old historic building, so it didn’t bother me at all. Overall everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay.

- The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the mattresses and pillows.

+ I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The location is excellent—right in town and very convenient for getting around. What really made the experience special was the staff. They are clearly working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible stay. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Milan, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable during my visit and after my visit. That level of care made a big difference. I really loved my time here and would happily stay again.

+ Exelente hostel! La pieza súper limpia y con espacios útiles. En pleno casco antiguo! El baño súper limpio al igual que todas las instalaciones. Nos recibieron súper amables y atentos! Lo recomiendo!

+ Nice rooms and an amazing location. The staff were incredibly friendly and the dinners every night were a great way to meet people!

- Only thing was the steps and maybe the shower could have been better but still it was nice with hot water and good water pressure!
