+ Nada. Elegí este hostel por el tema de la ubicación que estuvo bien, pero a través de Booking.com envían un mensaje a tu WhatsApp para rectificar que el pago está hecho y además te piden que pongas la tarjeta de nuevo por el tema de los impuestos de la tasa de soggiorno. Cuando llegue a la recepción la recepcionista muy educada me explico que era un spam. Pregunto si saben que su sistema operativo ( el del hotel ) y Booking.com funciona Pésimo lo mínimo es que avisen a través de un mensaje que llegará un spam. En vez de invitarme un desayuno de tipo buffet con poca variedad. Porque ahora a veces en vez de debitarse unos días antes se paga a través de un link ( sucede en España ) Por lo tanto ahora me veo que no le puedo reclamar a nadie, ya que nadie se hace responsable. Además ayer me llegó otro spam al WhatsApp. Sugiero que el dueño no sea económico y pague un ingeniero informático.
- Nothing. I chose this hostel because of the location, which was good, but Booking.com sends a message to my WhatsApp confirming the payment and asking me to re-enter my card details due to the tourist tax. When I arrived at reception, the very polite receptionist explained that it was spam. I'm wondering if they're aware that their operating system (the hotel's) and Booking.com work terribly; the least they could do is warn guests that they'll receive spam. Because now, sometimes instead of being debited a few days in advance, payment is made through a link (this happens in Spain). Therefore, I now find myself unable to complain to anyone, as no one is taking responsibility. Furthermore, I received another spam message on WhatsApp yesterday. I suggest the owner stop being stingy and hire a computer engineer.
+ Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación.
- Nada más entrar me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque había un chinche en la cama, el secador de pelo no iba y me tuve que ir a la cama con el pelo mojado, estaba en una habitación compartida y había comida encima de un mueble que estuvo allí las cuatro noches que me alojé. La cocina es extremadamente pequeña para toda la gente que hay.

Okay to stay for a night but hardly any privacy in the en-suite bathrooms which felt uncomfortable in a mixed dorm and WiFi didn’t work well in the room.
Good spot, quiet neighborhood, short distance from the Duomo. Rooms/facilities were clean, showers were tight/cramped/a bit awkward in a mixed dorm, there’s nowhere to actually change. Second night of my stay a bunch of mosquitoes got into the dorm room through damaged screens, biting me and buzzing my head all night. Had to get up and leave the room and didn’t get any sleep at all. Mentioned the damaged screens to reception the next morning and the employee totally ignored me and did nothin...
good location, mostly clean
The hostel is situated in a nice part of town, close to the San Babila the Metro lines. Easy access and 24h reception. The kitchen is alright, enough equipped for surviving but no coffee maker or French press. The dorms are small but the private bathroom is a nice touch. In the hallway there are also other bathrooms with shower in case it gets busy. The stuff is very nice and gentle. Down side is the cleaning. Hard to tell how often the cleaning is being done. It needs improvement.
Il personale molto gentile e la posizione è una delle migliori! Purtroppo le lenzuola non erano pulite (sono arrivata tardissimo quindi non c’era la luce accesa in stanza e me ne sono accorta solo la mattina mentre mi preparavo per andare via):
Le personnel et surtout les jeunes filles très sympathiques mais la nuit un vacarme incroyable comme si personne n'avait le contrôle de la situation.. crainte même de sortir du dortoir.
I was only here as a quick in and out stay for 1 night so can’t say much about the hostel and its overall atmosphere. However, this was by far the BEST hostel bathroom situation I’ve ever had. I stayed in a 6 bed with an ensuite and it was amazing! 2 privates showers and a private toilet and still room for everyone to get ready and use the bathroom as needed, the design was incredible!
Clean property and nice sized rooms. Good location that is a decent walk from major attractions but still a quiet street. Only note is that the beds did not have curtains, and I think that all hostels should have this. Stayed in a 6-bed female dorm and the room was pretty big, bathroom and shower available inside the room. The band from the bar at the hostel was pretty loud from our room, playing until about midnight on the Saturday that we checked in.
Great location with nice terrace and kitchen area! They offer free coffee and tea in their kitchen and the terrace/common area was very peaceful. Staff were very kind and friendly. Francesco did a great job with handling a not-so great situation with another guest in my room. Would recommend to anyone!
La ubicación del Hostal es buena (20 min aprox caminando hasta el centro). Cama adecuada pero la almohada me pareció muy incómoda. Me atendieron dos chicos durante mi estancia, un chico amable a mi llegada, pero otro bastante borde y antipático de pelo largo cuando bajé a desayunar al día siguiente. En general, recomendaria este hostel a pesar de estos detalles.
Not all, but some staff were unfriendly - I got charged for breakfast when I basically had none everything just got packed up around me.

Perfect for the night
He llegado a una habitación mixta de 6 por dos días y cuando llego encuentro la habiatacion con 5 hombres y yo sola, claramente eso no es una habitación mixta. Cuando aviso de la situación no me daban solución y recién al otro día me cambiaron, pasando la noche con incomodidad y la habitación totalmente sucia. Mala organización.
The place is clean, and the lobby has a nice area for a drink to to get some work done on laptops, etc. The bunk beds are sturdy and the lockers are spacious. The showers and bathrooms are clean. The only things I have to complain about is that the wifi doesn't reach to the bedrooms on the upper floors and the showers don't get hot. The kitchen and terrace area are also very nice, and it is a easy walk to the bus stations. Great value for money.
The hostel was fine, however it lacks both energy as well as cosiness. The people working behind the desk were not enthousiastic or very willing to help in my experience. There was an old lady in my room who was very sick, which made it hard to make contact with other people in my room since this lady was there coughing all te time. In such a case, give this lady her own room with all due respect. Still, it was clean and the roof terrace is nice.
Direi decente, tranne che i letti scricchiolano a ogni movimento e che i bagni condivisi sono proprio nella camerata e dunque si sente tutto quanto! Comunque molto pulito e a 10 minuti dalla Metro. Utile per massimo 1 notte.

The building itself was very nice and historic. The bunk beds were great with plenty of room and the beds ready made. Could do with new pillows as they were quite lumpy. The shower was clean, powerful and got warm quickly - plus there’s a kitchen for guests
