It smelled bad in the entire building. The bedsheets showed a lot of use. We didn’t have any keys to our room. To enter the building, we only needed to ring a bell.

- Brak szafek na kłódkę, do pokoju wchodził każdy kto chciał, było brudno wszędzie
+ Nothing. People that works there are almost unkind and don’t know to deal with the customers
- The treatment. First that I had to pay 50€ more for the late check in, I got it but at least they can manage the price, it was like “if you don’t like it, get out from here”. Then, once I made the check out, the person in the reception told me just to be half of an hour in the common areas, zero hostel vibe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE,FOR 130€ THERE ARE OTHER PLACES. What a shame to have stayed in this place :(

+ Die Betten waren nicht mit Zigaretten Asche oder Milben (Hoffe ich mal )
- Vieles …. Das Badezimmer wurde gar nicht benutzt von uns nur zum Zähne putzen
+ I like the staff especially Sandra and the receptionist.
- I don't like the security. Very poor security, someone rub me the groceries and I lost my credit card. Indeed the first day I come there a girl shouted in the middle of the night and come the police and an ambulance so.. Pay attention to security of the place.

No key for the door, no bedsheets, had to ask for some and do it myself. Super dirty, used and old, no hot water in the evening. Clients who don t respect the sleeping hours, being harassed by other clients when telling them I want to sleep at 2 am. One guy was on the phone 2 3 hours goijg in and out of the room over 20 times. Spoke with him and someone at reception amd didn t receive any solution. Horrible, never again

Sporco senza sicurezza le porte delle camere sono aperte puzzolente non proprio consigliabile

- They don't give a key to lock the door. There were no curtains on the windows which was quiet uncomfortable. And we had to wait +15 min to get our rooms and also they want extra price for the earlier check in.

a woman in a room next to mine was attacked in the middle of the night. screaming and begging for help. in the morning there was blood everywhere dripped in the hallways and down the stairs. as a woman the level of insecurity and discomfort i felt here is not worth it. this was some of the craziest shit i’ve ever experienced. the men who stayed there were scary the staff was rude and the bathrooms and beds disgusting. go to a homeless shelter it might even be better there.
