Ich habe mich seit längerer Zeit nicht soo auf nach Hause gefreut,wie heute! Ich habe für 2 Personen bezahlt ,aber Sie haben meinen Mann nicht rein gelassen !!Und das Geld habe ich trotzdem nicht zurück bekommen! Einfach Widerlich!

- The price is absolutely not worth it. The room was in very poor condition. The beds were old and uncomfortable, not suitable for sleeping at all. The mattresses and bedding were worn out, torn, and had bad odors. Cleanliness was clearly lacking. Everything needs to be replaced. Very disappointing experience for the price paid

- Il posto è infestato dalle cimici dei letti, che possono provocare punture e rovinarvi l'intera notte, oltre al fatto che le camere emanano un odore di muffa.
- Io e mia mamma siamo state due giorni in questo ostello, avevamo preso una camera singola con bagno interno e purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata estremamente negativa.La seconda sera una uomo ha aperto la porta della nostra camera mentre eravamo all’interno, erano circa le 21,00, ci siamo spaventate moltissimo, quindi ci siamo recate in reception per far presente l'accaduto gravissimo. Ci hanno detto che c'era stato un errore nell'assegnazione delle chiavi: noi e un altro ospite avevamo la stessa serratura e chiavi, quindi il responsabile per tranquillizzarci ci ha cambiato la serratura per risolvere il problema. Non ci hanno offerto di cambiare camera perché a quanto pare era tutto pieno. Tuttavia, nonostante questo intervento, la porta è stata aperta una seconda volta sempre da un uomo, verso l'una di notte, facendoci sentire completamente insicure. A quel punto siamo state costrette a chiamare i Carabinieri perché non ci sentivamo più a nostro agio. Inoltre il ragazzo alla reception non aveva accesso alle telecamere e quindi non poteva vedere chi era stato ad aprire la nostra camera.Ciò che rende la situazione ancora più grave è che la struttura non si è scusata per quanto accaduto né ci ha offerto alcuna forma di rimborso o risarcimento, mostrando una totale mancanza di attenzione verso la sicurezza e il benessere degli ospiti. Mi domando come possano aver lasciato che un episodio del genere potesse accadere! Dovremmo essere tutelati in quanto ospiti. Dopo questa esperienza non ci siamo più sentite tranquille. Sconsigliamo vivamente questo albergo e sicuramente non torneremo!!!

In a bit of a sketchy location, not the most fun atmosphere. Common areas are clean and beds are comfy. Bathrooms could be cleaner and more of them.
Considerato il costo della camerata femminile di 30.20€ circa a notte, inclusa la tassa, non ne vale la pena. Punti deboli: ascensore che puzza di sudore, tanti uomini poche donne, soprattutto nell'area comune dove si mangia, fanno casino ed è disagiante. La receptionist che mi ha domandato se ho rubato io i tappetini del bagno, solo perchè sono la persona che è stata di più nella camerata, invece di domandarlo alla signora del letto B che aveva letteralmente due lenzuoli, uno utilizzato...
Considering the cost of the female cameraman of about €30.20 a night, including the tax, it's not worth it. weak points: elevator that smells of sweat, many men few women, especially in the common area where they eat, they play casino and it's inconvenient. the receptionist who asked me if I stole the bathroom mats, only because I am the person who has been in the cameraman most, instead of asking the lady in bed B who had literally two sheets, one used as a tent, imprisoned
don't recommend staying here. costs money as other hostels but you don't get towels (in others you do) and the sound of passing trains from the train tracks is very loud, and the building itself is shaking.
The Staff was nice and the location is good, the only thing there is that you habe to go through some sort of passage to get to the hostel from the metro station which could be a bit sketchy at night. The room was spacious but I don‘t unterstand why the hostel doesn‘t hang up any curtains since there‘s a railing installed in the beds. The sheet situation was a bit weird but fine. What bothered us was the condition of the whole place, it was cleaned but just not well maintained.

Everything was up to expectations: quality, attention to detail and customer care are clearly felt.The service was cordial and helpful, making everything even more enjoyable.
Amazing place.
Staff was accommodating, was able to leave bags before check in and after check out, was able to check in an hour early, and was given a 4 person dorm for me and 3 others even though we booked 6 person dorms separately.
Our stay was the definition of 'okay'. The room was the cheapest we could find in Milan, but still quite expensive in comparison to the rest of Italy. It was clean, but had a weird atmosphere because the building is quite sterile, seems like a former workshop or sth, with a very high ceiling which elevates sounds/voices in a weird way. So it was quite loud in there. They have a common area and you can see that they really try to offer some possibilities. All in all it was, as I said, okay.

For the price that you paid the hostel don’t have kitchen. The shower wasn’t working properly , they don’t have lift in the entrance if you have big suitcases or for a person with wheelchair is not appropriate. Overall the service of cleaning was good .
I only stayed there for one night and for that it was totally alright. Close to the Metro and the beds are comfortable.
It was a pleasure staying in Mio Hostel. They took care of even the smallest problems in a prompt and professional manner. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to meet some really nice people. The entire staff is very helpful especially the manager ensured I had no troubles during my stay!

+ Room, toilet and shower were clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to find from the street.
- Shower rooms very small. If you leave an open window, it's too noisy due to traffic.
