WiFi was not working the whole time. The staff kept telling us that it’d be fixed by tomorrow but it never got fixed. Mobile data reception in the rooms were horrible so it was impossible to use the internet. Staff was also highly unhelpful. They were not even aware of where to find the remote control for the air conditioner. During check-in, they did not brief us on how to turn on the air conditioners. Highly suggest to avoid this place.

Siamo arrivate e le stanze erano completamente diverse da quelle che avevamo prenotato in foto. Pulizia terribile, così che due compagne che hanno prenotato con me vedendo il posto hanno prenotato da un'altra parte. Ho voluto dargli una possibilità. Sono arrivata alle 22 di sera dopo che mi erano state date le istruzioni su come entrare in camera (condivisa con altre ragazze), mi è stato fornito un asciugamano macchiato e rotto. Il bagno era pietoso, muri umidi con pezzi di muro staccati.

The room was quite basic, nothing particularly special. For example, the toilet door made a lot of noise or didn’t close properly and creaked. Every time someone went to the bathroom, the door was so noisy that it startled you.

Bed bugs galore.

I stayed there for one night the bed was infected with bed bugs there was a homless man sleeping outside of our room .The room was nice but definitely not safe

Terrible place, very hard to find and if you are checking in late there won't be anyone to receive you and answer your call.

Baño es un pedazo de algo, muralla en mal estado, sin puerta, sin ventilación, el agua de la ducha se salía al resto del baño, sin lámpara de velador. La información dice que es hotel, es un engaño porque es un air b&b . Ni siquiera una botella de agua ni menos un vaso para tomar agua. No tiene ningún recepcionista después de las 21horas, ni nadie que te pueda ayudar. Me siento estafada x website

No staff present to welcome or at checkout. No prior instructions on arrival or departure - all done via Whatsapp. What happens if client's phone has run out of charge on arrival? Didn't meet any member of staff over 5 days. No communal area. 4-bed mixed room comfortable but small outdoor area dirty and unloved. It wouldn't take much effort to make it a pleasant area. Therefore 70 euros per night not good value.

Staff was rude, only 1 plug for charging in the whole room, toilet was broken, electrical wiring looks dangerous.

Dirty & broken. Cables sticking out of broken outlets, if I leaned on the sink it would fall off the wall, the toilet seat coming off the bowl. Cushion stains, dust & cobwebs in corners under beds. Dust caked on glass.. The only light in my room was a floor lamp in the far corner. No ceiling light. No phone service and spotty wifi. I contacted an employee asking for a refund because it was nothing like the pictures. He comes in angry, arguing nothing's dirty or broken.

Simple little property that does the job. A smart stay for anyone visiting the Vatican early in the morning.

Enjoyed my stay! In a cute, quiet part of the city but close walking distance to a lot of landmarks. Staff were really nice and so were my roommates. Room itself is average, no complaints there though! Great hostel if you want something very lowkey and chill. Not much interaction between other people at hostel but I did not mind as I was so exhausted from jet lag.

Nice quiet hostel in a quieter part of town. Close to Vatican. Not a super social hostel but nice clean quiet base to explore the city. Small but functional kitchen and lovely staff.

Good place in a fantastic location. A few points where improvements are needed: - Needs to have a locked gate between the property and the outside world. - Needs a better system for air conditioning or just freshening things up in general - body odor was an issue.

No aceptan tarjeta física para los pagos. Lamentablemente durante mi estadía nunca funcionó wi-fi en la habitación. Tampoco andaban los datos (solamente en el pequeño patio) por lo que no pude trabajar ni comunicarme durante los 5 días que estuve. Solo funcionaba la red en la recepción que está muy alejada. El personal es muy amable y el barrio es bueno, cerca del Castel Sant Angelo y del Vaticano.

This place was amazing. It is in such a quiet part of Rome yet it is so close to all the major sites. When we got there we were upgraded to a private room! The outdoor space is amazing as well

solid hostel perfect location. slept fine not really a social vibe but got the job done no complaints. staff were friendly and helpful

Great staff and devor but tye heating was not on and I almost froze at night.Didnt get a wink of sleep, must have been 5 degrees in the room.Too bad!

The place was clean, the personal was kind, the location is far from Coliseum and city center but near Vatican City, an annoying thing is my room was below a music teacher studio, so it was very annoying some mornings or afternoons, the common spaces not very welcoming and the overall atmosphera was kinda depressing, it’s good for the price but not if you are looking a hostel to make friends or socialize

The Hostel could be very nice, location is good if you want to go to the Vatikan, the rooms are big and the beds are fine, you get a towel and it's a safe area. But, it really needs a renovation. The shower was always cold, the wifi was slow and didn't work sometimes, the rooms are very cold and dark and the heater only works middle of the night and you can't adjust ist and there is a lot of black mold in the Bathroom. Also the kitchen doesn't open before 9, so no breakfast before that possi...

We picked this hostel due to the location being so close to the Vatican which was truly amazing. But honestly thats all it really has going for it. I was incredibly frustrated with the check in process because it was not clear that WE had to reach out via whatsapp. There are no signs for the hostel and it took us a long time to find wifi to get a message out so we could get the instructions. The place was not gross but very run down and the water was not hot ever during our 4 day stay.

This was a great property with plenty of space in the rooms, a nice bathroom, and a great location near Vatican City

Really good place, beds are comfy and warm, sheets are clean as well as the bathroom. The place is really close to the Vatican and to the touristic part of rome. The staff is really kind

I stayed there for one night in January, it was really good! The door to our room couldn't be closed all the way, so it was very cold in the night
