+ Muy buena atención del personal
- Las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado y a veces el calor es un poco intenso, podría haber habitaciones con a/c aunque sea a un costo superior.

- Mala higiene, me picaron chinches. Las instalaciones no son prácticas

The hostel was completely empty during my stay, with no activities or social events at all. The shower took around 20 minutes to get warm water, which was very frustrating. Overall, the experience didn’t feel worth the price — booking an Airbnb would have been both cheaper and more comfortabl

+ Outstanding service and facilities
Overall the hostel was great, the bathrooms and rooms were clean and I felt very safe during my stay. The beds were comfortable and had a light and fan in each bunk with a nice curtain. The doors are on a rolling mechanism which is incredibly loud opening and shutting, but that’s the only downside if you’re a light sleeper. The lady at the front desk was visibly annoyed I couldn’t speak Spanish. I’m in classes and trying to learn here, but she did not make me feel welcomed at all.

- La cocina (estufa) no funcionó!!! 🤬🤬🤬 esa es la idea de tener la suite. Y el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, se desperdician cientos de litros al día y la temperatura es intermitente.
