- Disgusting dirty bathrooms all the time, they never clean them I guess. There is always no toilet paper, most of the people don't like to use bidets, regular toilet would be much better. No hangers in the room for winter jackets. Dirty floor in the sleep room and no breakfast. Overall dirty place. Pay little extra and stay somewhere else.

+ The only good thing about this place was the location. Apparently, there was breakfast available, but it only started at 8:30, and I left before that every day.

- I have no idea why this hostel is rated so high! Do yourself a favor and DON'T book a stay here! This is honestly the worst hostel I've ever stayed in (I've stayed in quite a few), and this is probably the longer review I ever wrote as well. Here's why: 1. There's NO TOILET PAPER. They can try to frame it as green, but when you don't recycle, your toilet flushes automatically, and you don't have hangers in the room so people can reuse their towels the next day, it's not green. It's just unhygienic and sexist (women need toilet paper every time they pee, plus the toilet seat frequently had pee drops on it). 2. The capsule was EXTREMELY HOT, which made it IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. They kept the heat temp too high and the capsule doesn't ventilate. I tried asking to lower the temp, but it didn't help 3. The room LIGHT WAS CONSTANTLY ON, so even if I tried opening the pod door to circulate some air, it would be too bright to sleep. Staff told me the switch was broken, so why not just remove the light bulb?! 4. COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE! They say you can leave your luggage before check in time and that there would be staff available from 8 am to 3 pm. But I arrived at 8:30 and had to wait almost an hour before the staff finally arrived, and the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. 5. There was a constant annoying noise in my room, sounded like a distant siren or a buzz. Earplugs helped, but it was annoying when I was not trying to sleep as well. 6. The whole automated check in thing might be convenient, but it removes the most important hostel experience: human connection. And also causes significant communication problems like pointed out above. 6. Cleanliness was a 4/10 for floors, bathrooms, and common areas. I think they only frequently clean the capsules, not the rest of the hostel. 7. And I can't stress this enough: there was no f*ing toilet paper!!

- first of all the pictures make it look like a more modern/new/well take care of hostel, which is Not the case. Just before entering there was no big sign to find the place, you had to go to the door and see a paper with their name. After that, just by walking through the initial hallways and the kitchen There we’re so many scratches on the walls and it was like very unkept and not clean or painted recently. once I went upstairs I went to my bedroom and it was very disorganized. People were not following rules or putting things in the lockers. There was a mess in the Floor and I couldn’t even go to my locker or to my bed unless I pushed other people stuff. When I headed to the bathroom, there was one shower that was being renovated And there was debrie on the floor. There was another shower that had a lot of hairs on it. When I tried to use the toilet, I noticed there was no toilet paper. When they advertised en Booking That They Have Toilet paper. They said they are going green and changing to Asian style toilets which have the bidet and dryer, but the dryer part was not strong at all and did not do It’s job. The beds are very very uncomfortable. When I was inside the pod, I didn’t feel any AC at all and I was suffocating. This all happen in just one night. I had to pay for another hotel and change hotels because I couldn’t sleep at all at that place and I tried to work out with them, but they didn’t want to reimburse me after this horrible experience.

+ The staff are nice, they did a good job cleaning also. The location wasn’t bad at all in Chinatown very private cubes

+ The location was good and the capsule was comfortable. Check in was easy and all the locks made things feel secure.

- The capsule did seem to squeak when I moved to I worried I was disturbing the other guests.

- Massa digital tot. La pressió d'aigua de les dutxes és baixa. Les habitacions estan bé, però la gent les té desendraçades. No es totalment culpa dels propietaris.

- Pods need a fan in them or some sort of airflow. It gets very muggy in there Bathroom showers need better water pressure. They basically dribbled water.
