Overall bad experience. The last straw was when my card didn’t worked the receptionist woke me up at 1 am to clear the balance on my last night staying there. I asked why I couldn’t just pay in the morning, so I would never recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT COME HERE! I was left on the street trying to find the place at 9 pm after 27 hours traveling from the USA. I called the guy and he very rudely he didn’t deal with phone calls, only texts or whatsapp. To today I haven’t received a response. I heard it more like a place where people go for a “quickie” or an all-night banging. I was lucky to find a place and I had to pay over $600.00 US dollars so I could have a bed! I came to Israel to volunteer with the IDF and help the soldiers. ...

It was probably one of the worst hostels I have ever been. My room was flooded of water and it was so noisy it was impossible to have some sleep. When I arrived the receptionist told I needed to find change to pay them or otherwise I had to leave. When I asked questions he didn't know anything. Truly a shame.

I ESCAPED FROM THIS HOSTEL, THIS IS THE WORST I’VE BEEN, AVOID BOOKING FROM IT. During my two-day stay, I never saw anyone at the reception. The room card they gave me basically didn’t work. The USB charger in the capsule bed was broken. Many of the bathrooms were out of order, and neither of the doors in the two shower rooms could lock. In one of the showers, I even found a used condom on the floor. The place is poorly managed, and the guests were unruly.

I travel since 8 months, but something bad like that I never experienced before. After one night I decided to leave the hostel, because 1.) Toilets (seats) consistently dirty ... 2.) Showers also dirty and one of the two showers could not be locked (door frame broken) you can't take anything into the second shower without getting it completely wet. 3.) Since the entire night (and during the day) all the doors were open all the time (there was even no door to the room existing) and it was therefo

Location really difficult to find and not found on google maps. The staff offered the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When I arrived I've been asked to pay more than the actual amount and throughout all the stay the staff has been rude. The bunk beds were squeaky and the lockers broken so safety zero. No existent door at the entrance so everyone can go in. Toilets were ok but a bit dirty. No soap in the shower. No hairdryer. Horrible bad vibes at check out.

Location is good, that’s about it. I arrived after my booking to find they only take cash, so I go to get cash out, then conveniently they have no cash to give change. How can you only take cash but have no change? So I gave her more than I should have paid on the promise I’d get change in the morning, then in the morning no one was anywhere to be found. The pods are almost all damaged, my TV didn’t work, the ‘AC’ is just a fan that does almost nothing. Just go somewhere else.

The hostel is very very well located. But the staff is almost never there, they don't give you any tips of the city, suggestions of what to do or basic informations about the city. The dorm was quite dirty, I found snacks under my bed from i don't know who. The shower is quite good but there is no place to leave your things so everything gets wet. The kitchen is also dirty and the fridge is super small. I would not come back.

No security. Never did see the staff. Capsules can be broken into easily, and one of my friends was broken into 3 times in the night. Definitely not a place for solo females, and only for others if you like to smoke weed and don’t mind zero security.

Nicht einmal jemand von der Rezeption gesehen😃, oder generell einen mitarbeiter, bier konnte man nicht im automaten kaufen da das kartensystem nicht funktioniert hat. im hostel war nichts los, es war dort tote hose leider

We booked 3 nights and were dreading staying those 3 nights with hours of arriving in the afternoon. Biggest problem is the guy at front desk said the credit card machine wasn’t working so he needed the physical card. He took it behind the desk and did something with it (likely pictures of it) and sent it to some other guy he said for processing the charge. A week later we got 2 credit card transactions from an Israeli money transfer company for about $300 total. Had to cancel card!

I paid for a private capsule but was placed in mixed dorms . There was also sh** in the showers 🤮

Las cabinas son muy buenas y cumplen lo comprometido, el dueño/propietario es excelente persona, pero lamentablemente tiene uno muy desagradables trabajadores… si mejoran sera un excelente hostel de mochileros !

My capsule lock was broken both on the inside and outside. The screws popped off on the inner lock. In theory very cool and great location but it didn’t feel safe

Area between lobby and capsule area could be comfortable with less trash and some more lights. Delicious affordable Shakshuka and pleasant reception staff.

Capsules are great to spend the night and the breakfast was amazing too

Solid stay in the regular dorm. Clean, secure w lockers, curtains. One of the showers I used totally flooded but I let the owner know and he resolved it. Good comms for questions. The TV for each bed is a nice touch but I didn’t use it. Wifi good. Would stay again.

Wunderbar! Ich war für 2 Nächte hier. Zum ersten Mal in einer Schlafkapsel und wir sind sehr erfreut wie gut alles funktioniert hat. Schon die Begrüßung war herzlich und der CheckIn schnell und zuverlässig. Hier gibt es auch ein Café, mit einer freundlichen Bedienung mit der wir ein nettes Gespräch hatten. Sehr zu empfehlen!
