J'ai réservé une chambre à 3 LITS, en réalité un lit double et un canapé-lit (Swiss Chocolate). Ce n'était pas possible pour nous et le réceptionniste nous a envoyé à un autre hôtel en étant d'une incroyable mauvaise foi et d'une nonchalance à la limite de la politesse. Arrivées à l'autre hôtel (Swiss Wines),pas de chambre libre. Le 2e récep. nous a envoyé à 3e hôtel, en disant ce n'est qu'à 2 stations de métro (faux). Pas d'excuse d'aucun des deux, un peu de moquerie du 2e...
I booked a 3 LITS room, actually a double bed and a sofa bed (Swiss Chocolate). this was not possible for us and the receptionist sent us to another hotel being incredibly bad-hearted and a bit of a laxity on the border of politeness. arrived at the other hotel (Swiss Wines),no spare room. the 2nd receptionist. sent us to the 3rd hotel, saying it was only 2 metro stations (fake). no excuse for either, a bit of mockery from the 2nd receptionist. unacceptable.
Nice place in the heart of the town, clean, helpful staff, great breakfast
Definitely a hotel not a hostel. Very well run. Tao at the front desk was very helpful. Probably a good value for Switzerland. Very good location between two metro stations close by. HINT, arrive at Ours, walk down hill. When leaving,walk down hill to Bessiers. There's a COOP grocery store nearby. Thanks Tao for the instructions.
The address as registered in the app is incorrect and needs updating. The correct address is the Swiss Chocolate hotel. Otherwise excellent stay, lovely room, very helpful staff.
Loved the hotel. We were traveling from the states and felt very safe. Room was very clean and comfortable. The chocolate fountain in the lobby was real!! It was so good.

We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the very professional and friendly staff. The location, albeit up a slight hill is perfect for easy connections to public transport. The provision of a free pass to the trains and buses is most welcome.
The room was super clean and nice! They also offer tea and coffee in the room. Beware it’s more of a hotel vibe than an hostel
Really nice and clean place. The bed is really, really comfortable. I recommend this place 100%.
J'ai adoré cet hôtel de A à Z. Le personnel à l'accueil est accueillant et répond à vos questions si vous avez besoin de plus d'informations concernant la ville. Si vous arrivez plus tôt que prévu, des casiers sont mis à disposition des voyageurs afin de pouvoir y laisser notre valise pour pouvoir visiter la ville plus "légèrement". La chambre était très propre: les sanitaires étaient parfaitement nettoyés, la douche chaude à souhait, le lit très confortable.
I loved this hotel from A to Z. The staff at the reception is welcoming and answers your questions if you need more information about the city. If you arrive earlier than planned, lockers are made available to travelers so that we can leave our suitcase there so that we can explore the city more "lightly". The room was very clean: the toilets were perfectly clean, the hot shower is desirable, the bed is very comfortable.
