Dawn Patrol Siargao

Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend, allerdings waren die Duschen nicht wirklich funktionsfähig. Es kamen nur ein paar vereinzelte Wassertropfen heraus, was das Waschen der Haare als sehr schwierig gestaltete.

Cute place, nice and friendly staff, beds have curtains but no atmosphere, sink in rooms are not working and no hot showers in the rooms.

Very chill hostel (not party but there was still plenty to do in Siargao) and very nice staff. Very comfy beds. The door didn’t really close properly but never felt unsafe. Pool table and lots of toilets and showers.

Such lovely people and a great location! Wendy and her daughters made us feel right at home. The hostel has a chill vibe, with a pool table. Apart from that it doesn't have a restaurant or anything, but you have everything super close. Would definitely recommend!

Nice quiet hostel, staff was really nice and offered scooter rental. However, the room doors could not be locked and there were no lockers. If you want to meet people it is not really the place.

The staff was so nice! Wendey, the owner, was really the sweetest! So kind and helpful!! The rooms were nice, however they did not clean our bathroom/toilet once during our 4 night stay… But compared to other hostels in the area/Siargao in general I think this is one of the nicest once!

Pretty nice hostel, a bit away from the main tourism road. Super nice staff which is very helpful! It’s clean and definitely not a party hostel. Downside for me was, that there is no power outlet or light at the beds.

Overall a pretty good stay. If you're into the party life you can walk literally 1 minute to Happiness Hostel which hosts events most nights. Dawn Patrol itself is more laid back which is great. Pool table. Couldn't lock valuables away but I think they offer small lockers now? Staff were super helpful, can rent a bike at the hostel, all in all a great stay.

I had an amazing stay at Dawn Patrol. Bush and her mother were so lovely. They helped me renting a scooter, booking an island hoping and the transfer for the airport. They always made sure everything was perfect for me and for the other occupants. There are a private bathroom in every room (dorm of 4, which is honestly so convenient) and 4 additional bathrooms (one with hot water). There’s also a sofa in the common area to hang a bit if you want. I highly recommend and will definitely be back ...

Ich hatte einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel! Es ist ein familiär geführter Betrieb und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich nett und herzlich, die Kommunikation ist total unkompliziert und entspannt. Die Atmosphäre ist großartig, super locker, offen und perfekt, um Leute kennenzulernen! Ein toller Ort um nach einem Tag surfen runterzukommen und an den man auch gerne zurückkommt! Ich kann es sehr weiterempfehlen:)

Best Hostel I’ve being in long time! Comfy beds, clean and well maintained facilities. And the most important are Wendy and her daughters! So warm and welcoming. You will feel like home! Can’t wait to be back!

Peak budget hostel with really nice owners

Sehr sehr entspanntes Hostel und beste Gastgeberin! Allerdings das Gegenteil eines Partyhostels, es finden keine sozialen Events oder andere Aktivitäten statt. Für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt allerdings eignet sich dieser Ort perfekt!

Can’t recommend this hostel enough. It’s a homely vibe as soon as you walk through the door. Wendy and her daughters are the most beautiful people who genuinely want to look after you and make your stay enjoyable. There’s a hot shower, free water refill, the location is perfect, not in the centre but a really short distance from everywhere you’d want to go. I want to make it clear that this is truly one of the nicest hostels I have ever stayed at in Asia. From the staff to the overall comfort, everything makes you feel right at home. A big thank you and a warm hug to all of you. I hope to see you again in the future soon.
