Hotel Zocalo Campestre S.A.S

+ Me cancelaron la reserva en el último minuto y me estaban ofreciendo otra más cara ... y me dijeron que no fuera ... que no había problema... que Booking no los dejaba cancelar...

- La falta de atención y orientación

+ Nada porque no pudimos alojarnos puesto que no había nadie cuando llegamos después de llamar varias veces y enviar whatsapp sin respuestas decidimos buscar otro alojamiento a las 22:00 de la noche.

- Que se pusieran en contacto solo a las 16:00 del día siguiente. Decir atención pésima es poco, aquí no hay palabra que puedan describir como nos sentimos al llegar de tan lejos a un lugar donde nadie te abre la puerta teniendo una reserva confirmada.

+ Proche du rocher El Penol, 10mn à pieds car il faut faire le tour.

- Pas d'eau chaude Pas très propre

+ El desayuno estuvo bien, la ubicación es excepcional, el personal brinda una atención cálida y profesional.

- La instalación no estaba tan limpia como esperaba, la habitación no fue para nada cómoda, el restaurante y el bar tienen horarios limitados y no hay ningun atractivo dentro de las instalaciones o actividad para hacer en el hotel. Definitivamente el precio no se ajusta a los servicios que ofrece, se pueden conseguir mejores opciones con un precio mas competitivo.

+ Las vistas

- La ubicación es mala e incómoda. Estás lejos del pueblo y aunque está cerca del peñón para hacer la subida tienes que ir caminando por la cuneta de la carretera (con el tráfico loco que hay), muy peligroso. Encima muchos tuk tuk no pueden subir la cuesta, ellos se ofrecen a enviarte uno que lo haga pero no siempre está disponible y te toca esperar o subir, encima no son claros te marean. El desayuno muy muy básico y malo hasta el chocolate estaba malo. Se ofrecen a llevar bebida que solicites por WhatsApp a la habitación y cuando lo haces, te piden que vayas a recepción a recogerla, no lo comprendo. No hay agua caliente. El sofá de la habitación se ve bastante usado. Da un poco de grima.

+ The breakfast was very good. The personnel was friendly and professional. Excellent view of the lake and stone.

- 1. Hot water was practically null. 2. No wardrobe to put things on.

+ Die Lage ist schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- Absolutes No go in Zeiten wie diesen. In den Zimmern und in den kleinen Häusern kein WiFi. Nur in der Hotellobby. Kein warmes Wasser am Waschbecken nur in der Dusche.

+ Todo excelente, atención, desayuno, instalaciones, ubicación tal cual lo que quería

+ La vista, la atención, la comodidad, lo lindo, todo

- Bueno lo único que resaltar es que llegue con mi esposa a las 6:00 PM y nos toco entregar la habitación a la 1: 00 PM del día siguiente, creo que el costo ameritó que nos dejarán un poco más de tiempo.

+ It is so beautiful whether you look at the giant rock rising behind it or the beautiful lake stretching out in front. It is particularly enchanting during the early morning and evening hours, when the courtyard is filled with the sound of birdsong and the fragrance of flowers. Simply wonderful! The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and even helped us arrange a shuttle service for our arrival. Furthermore, the freshly prepared breakfast was delicious!

- The room setting is basic. Shower water is not very warm during our stay. Considering the hotel's value for money, it is totally acceptable for us. However, for those seeking a truly luxurious experience, this might not be the right choice for you.

+ All round great place to stay. Fantastic location. Great value. Good service. Parking. Lovely room.

- There wasn't anything I didn't like.

+ Prachtige plek op te verblijven. Veel mensen doen dag tripjes Gautapé maar dat is echt zonde! Je kan hier echt veel beter een paar nachtjes blijven. Er is veel meer moois dan alleen de 2 toeristen trekpleisters!

+ Las vistas increíbles, alojamiento precioso.

- La cuesta que hay que subir. Jajaja

+ The view and location where great. Cute little bugolws. The view of Guatape rock is amazing The free breakfast was also delicious, great homage hot chocolate. They even organized a few tours for us.

- The only problem we had was no hot water. I ask the staff about it and the young man that worked the late shift pretty much just told me " OH well, I don't know what to tell you ". We didn't shower for 2 days. They need to make sure all showers in the bungalow have hot water as it gets chilly at night in that region of Colombia.

- Il manque juste un sèche cheveux :)

- there was some music that kept me up in the night but other than that it was perfect.
