+ Location & breakfast were excellent
- Front Desk - totally incompetent & useless. Arrived early & was told room would be ready in one hour. Returned in one hour & room not ready. Manager found us an alternate room which stank of cigarette smoke. We then had to wait a further 20 minutes for a room to be found. To speed check out we paid our outstanding bill the night before check out. On the morning we were told that additional charges were still required to paid. Day after check out we received a message from Booking.com that they had been notified by the hotel that we had not checked in. Wifi was also totally unusable in room. It worked ok in corridor / foyer, but not in room. Reported issue to front desk who were totally uninterested in addressing the problem.

- personalul, complet nepregatit si ne-prietenos. Micul dejun- nu va lasati pacaliti de afisele cu terasa. Doar daca va place sa urcati 30 de trepte cu farfuria in echilibru. La 33 de grade afara, fara aer conditionat in locatia de breakfast. Branzele (chiar si cele mai tari) se transformau intr-o pasta dezgustatoare. Camera- aerul conditionat nefunctional. Ne-a fost schimbata dupa insistente.
+ I booked for 4 nights, I arrived at this hotel in a stormy day , i went to reception and asked the employee who was a middle aged blond Lady if this is city hotel , she yelled at me “ this is not a city center , she thought iam a homeless I was stunned by her viciousness, I told her iam a guest and i asked her “ why are yelling at me ?” She played defensive and yelled at me again , I went to my room and I was in total shock, this was the most brutal rude unprofessional customer service I have ever seen in my life , and iam traveler who visited 80 countries in the world and stayed at hundreds of hotels . The entire staff at this hotel needs a basic customer service training . This employee was so arrogant and disrespectful. The staff at this hotel needs to train to control their negative emotions. I ADVISE ALL TRAVELERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

+ The only thing I liked in the hotel were the breakfasts. However, there are only 3 coffee machines for the entire hotel. In the morning, you drink coffee for 10-15 minutes in a row.
- We stayed at the hotel through booking.com from 29-30. 3. 2024. I booked a large double bed for 2 people on booking.com. The hotel offered us a small bed in the Economy room, which is only for one person, as you can see in the photo. After negotiating with the hotel to change the room or refund the partial fee, everyone from the hotel receptionist to the hotel manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I definitely recommend avoiding this hotel. I have traveled a lot, but I have never experienced such terrible treatment in a hotel.
- A hotel you should run away from. even though we paid for parking, we were told that there was no free space in the hotel's parking lot, so we parked in front of it where there were 2 parking spaces. In the morning, we found the car vandalized with a broken wiper. Although there were cameras we were informed that they are not going and that it is our problem to find what happened. The same thing happened to some Asians who were parked in front of us. Some execrable people with a mafiot behavior!!!

+ Close to city centre.
- First of all, they gave us a room that has heavy smoke smell. My wife suffers from Athsma. We contacted reception, they said we will check and confirm if their evidence. Am I lying, obviously previous visitors were smoking and the smell is everywhere. We then went to another room without any view which was fine until I knew that I have to pay the same amount of money when I was checking out. After complaining they gave me 10% discount. Now the rest of my feedback is a constructive feedback for somebody who visited many hotels around the world. 1) breakfast, please separate pork food from other foods, it is sitting everywhere… 2) you should mention if an item contains alcohol for Muslim customers. In dubai they serve this kind of food but they mention clearly. 3) I reserved parking for 3 days. When I checked in, the guy instead of giving me the ticket for parking, he gave me the map where to park. I then went there and ended up paying for the parking. 4) rooms look outdated 5) mats smell 6) reception are grumpy 😡

This hostel is basically just a corridor above a pub. Good location and bathrooms but no atmosphere and I found the staff quite rude.
Good hostel in a good location. Bathrooms were fantastic with huge showers and changing areas, and plenty of hooks! Staff were friendly. Note that you need to check in at the pub area.

Check-In in der Bar ist etwas versteckt, aber ansonsten wurde an alles gedacht, vor allem die Duschen waren sehr gut und sauber mit ausreichenden Kleiderhaken etc.
