+ Honestly, quite a comfortable place....but...

- 1. Our apartment was entered by one or more burglars in the middle of the night on Day 1 of our stay. Our friends' bags were taken out of the room and searched in the living hall. One friend lost CHF8,000. We called the police at 5 am and reported the case. 2. I informed the owner/manager of the chalet about the arrival of the policemen but did not mention the amount of money lost. He/She DID NOT even bother to ask how much money we were robbed, neither did she/he asked if we were all safe, etc. All he/she did was to send me a drawing of how to lock our main door - which he should send it to us WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED, and how the hell did he/she knew we did not lock our door? 3. Since that day, he/she did not contact or meet us. Just left us a note on the night before our departure that 2 attempts were made to visit us but we were not around. For this, we felt it was bull-shit because the visits (if sincere) should be made immediately the day we reported that police were at our chalet; and the visits should be made in the evening when guests were around, not in the afternoon. But generally, all of us being 70+ years of age, were back at the chalet by 3 or 4 pm. So why the claim that we were not around? 4. By the way, each room's keyhole was not fully sealed, and hence no security at all. A small hole that can enable someone to peep into the room, or blow some tainted air into the room to induce deep sleep - was noticed after the robbery.

+ Location was great.

- The beds were not overly comfortable. The bed in the main bedroom had stained and patched sheets and we could feel the springs. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom was so high I had to stand on top toes to adjust the angle. The height couldn’t be adjusted. I am 157cm tall. The light fittings in the living area were so low we kept hitting our heads as we walked past. As mentioned, I am only 157cm tall. The dishcloth was old with holes. The floor heating in one of the rooms was not working properly.

+ الموقع جيد بالقرب من الاماكن الحيوية مثل المطاعم والجمعيات وتوفير موقف مجاني

- القيمة نسبيا عالية والأسرة جدا صغيره وعدم وجود امن عند البوابة م ولم تتم مقابلة احد من الاستقبال وعدم وجود وسيلة للتواصل إلا عند طريق الرسائل عن طريق برنامج booking وفي بعض الاحيان يتم الرد بعد عدة ساعات

+ المكان جديد يهبل مليان ناس

- فقط شي واحد الحمام ريحته بول وانتم بكرامه 🥲💔

+ Place being clean and tidy Walking distance to Interlaken west station (N.B all attractions starts from Interlaken east). Halal food near by for Muslims

- There is no amenities in the washroom, there was no shampoo, no body lotion for showering We took the ground floor, the 2 bathroom windows were directly on the side walk around the chalet, so if some body taking a shower he is clearly visible from the outside by night, and the windows are see through so that you can see the details of who ever is in the bathroom (attached 2 photos of the bathroom from inside and outside with my son in the bathtub). The check in was at 4 pm which is super late There is no one to contact either by phone or email. They informed us by email that if we came early we can store our luggage and belongings and n the luggage room but when we went there, there was a clear sign that any luggage that is kept there is not under their responsibility.

+ Location was great - very easy 8 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station. The grounds were very lush and the entire place felt like a tropical garden. Everything in the unit worked and the place was clean and ready for vacationing. The balcony area was sunny and made for a great place to read a book.

- Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and hand soap because there is very very little provided. If I can offer a suggestion to the hosts, just charge 5 CHF more per night to provide supplies when asked. It's easier and more comfortable for the guest.

- 設備一般，沒有服務，收費太貴！

+ A acomodação tem excelente localização, muito próxima da estação Interlaken West, de supermercados e comércio. O anfitrião é muito educado e a casa estava impecável, limpa e com toda estrutura necessária. Recomendo muito!

+ Pela segunda vez nos hospedamos no City Chalé pela localização , check in simples e descomplicado , chalé com todo conforto com tudo que precisamos e respostas rápidas da acomodação . Obrigada família Matt Horn

+ La situation, la grandeur de l’appartement, le calme et la facilité d’accès.

+ Great central location, so close to shops, restaurants and station. Host was welcoming and had great communication. Would recommend, we were a group of 10 and had plenty of space!

+ I love how close this chalet to train city, its kinda in middle in interlaken city so near to groceries/restaurant/shops. Its big clean and spacious for us 10 pax

- We were warn by the host that the area has roberry something, but luckily nothing happen so all ok. Still safe

- El menaje de cocina era justo lo que obligaba al hospedado a fregar a mano cada vez que se utilizaban ya que, aunque había lavavajillas, no sé acumulaba suficiente menaje sucio para poner la máquina.

+ The washing machine and dryer machine was a plus point.

+ Great location. Lovely and warm inside. Good sized dining table for meals and games. Wonderful having 2 bathrooms and the ability to wash clothes! A good selection of beds and rooms.

- The shower head in the top bathroom was not working properly so did not disperse the water properly. Would be helpful to have the fridge turned on and ready to go when guests arrive. Would love to have some larger mugs for coffee and another asset of glasses too.
