+ Location and proximity to bus station.

- Lack of concern by hotel manager as to the care and comfort of guests. Of particular note is the fact that housekeeping services were not provided. In the morning I placed the Please Make up my Room on the door, but upon return in the afternoon the room had not been cleaned . I confronted the manager "Hercules" who I noticed had sat on his ass all day at reception and was met with the simple reply "No housekeeping today" There was no further explanation, apology, action or offer to compensate. I point out that this in fact identified on Booking.Com as a hotel and not a Borstal, Borstal, Air b&b or guesthouse. I was left to my own devices to clean the room, make the bed and scramble to find towels and water. I should point out that I am a 70 year old pensioner with a bad back. I scrolled and saved all year to be able to afford an annual vacation and quite frankly did not receive the service at this hotel for which I paid. I hope this is not emblematic of the sort of treatment I will continue to receive on the remainder of my holiday.

- The single room I booked felt like a boxroom, with windows only facing hotel's air shaft, without any fresh clean air. The bed’s blue headboard was not clean and had a large white stain, while the sheet itself was torn. It was a complete dissapointment.

+ The ONLY thing I liked was that it was walking distance from the port.

- The neighborhood was not great, but I was willing to compromise as I was only there overnight for 10 hours and it was convenient distance to the port. However, the room was DISGUSTING. There was hair and eyelashes on the pillows and in the sheets, glassware was not clean and had water and lip stains, the coffee spoon was not clean, the bathroom did not look bleached in ages, there was actually someone’s hair EVERYWHERE in the room. Clumps of long, dark hair allll over the floors, in the bathroom, everywhere. We kept shoes and socks on the entire time, wouldn’t dare use the shower, and slept on our sweatshirts as pillows on top of the sheets. We could also hear EVERY little sound made by anyone else in the building. Worst stay and worst sleep of my life. I wish I did not select the non-refundable option, otherwise, I would have walked out and found anywhere else to stay.

- Ничего не понравилось, отель не соответствует ни заявленным фото ни качеству за такие деньги. В отеле не было с утра горячей воды. Но самая главная проблема даже не в этом. Этот отель похож на дом для бездомных с неприятным запахом, со старым ремонтом и старой мебелью, а также со стенами из фанеры, где слышно абсолютно все: каждую приезжающую машину за окном, все самолеты, а также всех соседней вокруг. В этом отеле невозможно спать из-за круглосуточного шума и отсутствия какой-либо изоляции, это все равно что спать на улице. Этот отель однозначно не стоит своих денег. Это дом для бездомных за огромные для него деньги.

- On the night we arrived nobody was there on reception, so we were waiting for a more than 1h on the front. Calling them, lady showed up after one h telli g us that we have no reservation. We showed her our booking confirmation and finally after that we got our room. So after 1.5h AC didn’t work as well, for 2 nights So in our oppinion this hotel is overrated and is not value for money. 3/10 Better choose Chania or Rethymno, 2 pretty cities for vacation

- Abbiamo trovato una scolaresca che ha urlato tutta notte. Un incubo!

+ O hotel tinha boa localização

- Recepcionista rude e sem nenhum preparo para atender o público, não falava inglês e não fazia nenhum esforço para entender o que estávamos falando. As camas de solteiro eram muito desconfortáveis.

+ Pas loin de l'aéroport d'Héraklion

- Chambre minuscule avec lit 80 cm. Vue sur un mur L'hotel donne sur une station service et une casse-auto

+ Emplacement proche du ferry. Personnel très aimable

- Une bouilloire serait un plus dans La chambre

+ Väga tore lahke pererahvas. Toa tapeet lõi meeldiva meeleolu. :) Põhiline pluss meie jaoks oli asukoht sadama lähedal.

+ Location was great for me, very close to the bus station and the airport but also not far from the city center. I arrived from Chania a bit early but I could leave my luggage in their storage and came back to check-in at night. I was pretty exhausted but the night receptionist (Nikos) offered me a shot of raki and helped with finding my room. He was very welcoming and helped making me feel better. These kind of receptionists barely exist these days and they deserve a raise. The room itself was small (~10m2) but good enough for a solo traveler. It had an AC, a fridge and a nice little balcony with view to the main road there. I had an early flight from Heraklion but they helped me order a taxi which arrived in time and cost €13. I would stay in this hotel again.

+ The very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Central Bus station, port and airport (€18 taxi ride from the airport), others easy walking distance

- Small rooms but ok for a one night stay. Some outside noise from the road and planes but double glazing helped. Nothing really not to like!
