- Ci è stata assegnata una camera con letti singoli e bagno esterno senza preavviso, avendo prenotato una matrimoniale deluxe con bagno privato. Il gestore è stato poco disponibile nel venirci incontro in un cambio camera, dicendo che non ve ne erano di disponibili, benché da booking risultasse la disponibilità. L'unica proposta è stata restituirci i soldi e andare via alle 8 di sera. In più è entrato in camera in nostra assenza per lasciare 3 frutti di scuse, di nuovo senza avvisarci, ed è rimasto tutto il tempo di uso del bagno nei salottini davanti allo stesso impedendoci di muoverci liberamente. Inoltre il wc a mezzanotte ha smesso di funzionare. L'hotel non è affatto visibile e bisogna lasciare l'auto in strada. La colazione è veramente scarsa e dà idea di sporco.

- This hotel is right across from a Graveyard! 1. The Manager's behavior was terrible. We requested to change the booking from two to one night, but he was extremely rude. 2. The stairway is extremely treacherous with no safety railing. 3. No elevator. 4. Hotel's signage is old, worn out, and not easily visible. 5. Hotel is misrepresenting the bidet feature in the toilet. There is no space to move. The bathtub is tiny, not even fit for a 5-year-old. 6. Some fake pinkish dish detergent/toiler cleaner in a used PANTENE Shampoo bottle, and the same fluid in LUX body wash. 7. Room was not cleaned despite the request. 8. Extremely loud. No soundproofing. Could hear the traffic in Dolby sound all night long like a lullaby.

- The building was crumbling and looked nothing like the property description online. The bathrooms are SHARED (although not stated!) Extremely outdated, and the sink has a huge crack which leaked everywhere. Rooms were freezing cold and air conditioning was working poorly. ‘Hotel’ is along a busy highway, and the rooms have terrible sound proof, making it impossible to sleep at night. At 6am you will be waken up anyways by him preparing and people having breakfast. Impossible to sleep. Also, no curtains so you will wake up at 6am in any case. Really avoid this place at all costs.

- 4 losse bedden in de kamer, terwijl ik een kamer met een 2-persoonsbed had geboekt. Er liepen veel mieren door de kamer. Het water in de douche was of heel koud of kokend heet. Vieze rioollucht op de badkamer. Gevaarlijke kapotte tegels op de 'badkamer'. De meneer bij het ontbijt zat altijd te slapen, en alles wat je hem vroeg was teveel voor hem, en reageerde hij geirriteerd op. Ze zetten het ontbijt al om 6.00 klaar, wat je goed hoort in je kamer. Bijna alle stoelen aan de ontbijttafel zijn kapot en doorgezakt. Het ontbijt staan urenlang in een bloedhete keuken zonder koeling, of afdekking. Je hoort veel geluid van de straat. Midden in de nacht hoorde ik de eigenaren ruzie maken..

- Nunca he estado en una habitación tan sucia. Nos cambiaron a una habitación de 4 camas ya que así no tendríamos baño compartido pero no sabemos si fue una buena decisión. Sábanas con manchas de todo tipo. Toalla marrones que parecen sin lavar, todo el mobiliario roto. Polvo por todas partes. Sin duda no tiene ningún tipo de mantenimiento esto hotel. Las 3 noches se nos hicieron muy largas..

- Il bagno cadeva a pezzi…senza luce,(l’hanno sostituita prontamente ),l’acqua passava da calda bollente a freddo gelato…vecchio e malconcio,lenzuola bucate e tende cadenti .

+ Camera accogliente, asciugamani (cigni), asciugacapelli e acqua e salviette. Parcheggio presente ma lungo la strada (standard giordano).

- Non si può definire hotel ma più un B&B: il check in ci è stato fatto dal ragazzo del mini market di fianco alla struttura. Il proprietario gentile ma leggermente invadente, dopo suddetto check in cui ci ha parlato al telefono, ce lo siamo ritrovati un’ora dopo a bussare alla porta! Lenzuola macchiate. Vasca piccola e scomoda per farsi la doccia in piedi e muffa sul soffitto.

+ Il gestore, Ahmad, è molto gentile e disponibile. Ha comunicato con noi tempestivamente ed ha risposto a tutte le nostre necessità, compresa la colazione alle 5.30 di mattina! La stanza è dotata di tutto il necessario, con letto comodissimo. Parcheggio riservato sicuro, su strada.

- Come da edificio tipico non è presente il riscaldamento. La stanza è dotata di split che fa da pompa di calore per riscaldare, ma il tepore non arriva al bagno che rimane sempre freddo.

+ Das Over Mountain Hotel ist im Komfort und Service einem guten Jordanischen 4-Sterne Hotel gleichzusetzen. Gehobene Ausstattung, eine gemütliche Lounge zu sitzen, die Zimmer groß und umfassend ausgestattet. Gastgeber Ahmad ist selber Guide und kennt Wadi Musa/Petra sehr genau und kann sehr gute Hilfe und Tips geben. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Und ein großes Plus: Ahmad bereitet für alle die früh nach Petra oder zum Wandern startenwollen auch das Frühstück um 6.30 Uhr zu wenn gewünscht - bei anderen Unterkünften ist es leider oft erst ab 8 Uhr möglich zu frühstücken, zu spät wenn man den Sonnenaufgang in Petra sehen will! Also vollste Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft, Komfort und Herzlichkeit wie man es sich wünscht!

+ Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro visitatori di Petra. Inoltre il proprietario è stato flessibile con il check-in e disponibile ad aiutarci a trovare le soluzioni migliori per attività, cibo e tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La camera era molto accogliente, con climatizzatore e ogni comfort necessario. Colazione preparata sul momento per noi.

+ We stayed here for just one night, but we were incredibly comfortable. Ahmad took care of all our needs from the very first moment until the end. He gave us amazing recommendations about Petra, and thanks to him we were able to explore everywhere very easily. Even though we had to wake up very early in the morning, he woke up as well and prepared breakfast for us. He responded to all our questions immediately. The location was also extremely close to Petra. This is by far the best place you can stay in this area. You don’t even need to think twice.

- Doručak je bio siromašan. Gljivice, plijesan u kupaoni, neispravan vodokotlić. Neuredan ulaz. Lokacija dosta izvan centra Wadi Muse - moraš koristiti auto. Ovo ustvari nije hotel, to je obiteljska kuća sa sobama ( ili apartmanom na svakoj strani kuće)

+ I had a wonderful stay at Over Mountains in Wadi Musa. The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed felt absolutely cloud-like—one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. On top of that, the hospitality was outstanding. Ahmad and his father took exceptional care of us, especially during breakfast, where their warm and attentive service made each morning a pleasure. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Petra!

+ La experiencia con Ahmad fue increíble, para empezar habla perfectamente español, que no es necesario pero es un plus. El trato fue en todo momento excepcional, nos dió todos los tips posibles para disfrutar al máximo de Wadi Musa. Cómo extra, nos invitó a cenar con su familia para probar la comida típica de la forma más cercana y real posible, comimos en su casa con su encantadora familia que nos trataron de maravilla y la comida estaba excelente.
