- Kein englischsprachiges Personal. Die Kakerlaken gaben sich nachts ein Stelldichein.

+ Nhân viên thân thiện. Gần Sông Hương nên đi lại và ăn uống thuận tiện. Friendly staff. Close to Hương River with many attractions and food options.
- Phòng khách sạn to, thoáng mát nhưng rất dơ - sàn nhà đầy vết giày và nhớt; khăn thì đầy vết ố và không được giặt. Tụi mình phải xin đổi khăn. Mặc dù đã nhờ nhân viên dọn phòng nhưng khi mình quay lại thì chỉ thấy họ lấy đi một cái khăn dơ, còn lại thì phòng không hề được dọn, và cũng không được cho khăn mới. Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm khu phố đi bộ nên buổi tối rất ồn, do các quán bar sẽ mở nhạc cho tới 12g đêm. The rooms were big and had good ventilation BUT were very dirty - the floor had lots of shoe tracks and dirt; towels had stains and looked like they weren't washed. We had to ask for new towels. Despite us asking for room service, when we came back to the rooms, they were not touched - the only thing they did was picking up the dirty towel on the floor. However, they didn't give us new towels nor clean the room. The hotel is in the center of Walking Street - bars would be playing loud music until midnight.
It was a great central location but there was ants in my room on the wall and the air conditioner was leaking ICE from being frozen and no cold air was actually coming out. I do think the a/c needs to be cleaned and they need something for the bugs. Not a social hostel either and reception is not communicative in terms of activities or the city.

- Loud music from the street Dorm room without a window so the air can get really bad One wc and bathroom, so it can get busy

Had a lovely time here, the rooms were nice and the staff were incredible. Well located within the city.
Best Hostel we stayed in! Can’t recommend enough. Affordable and the sweetest of hosts. Kim is the best, she is always ready to help out with anything. We will definetly be back, until then all the best Jamilla and Adam

Really nice hostel, great location and super chill. It's family run and they are so friendly and good to talk to. Highly recommend.

Kim is so so lovely!! What a lovely stay in Hue. Really good location and setting. Comfy beds! Kim was super helpful in arranging transfer to Ninh binh, all while having a little one to look after ! Lovely staff and stay! Defo recommend:)
+ Lag in der abendlichen Fußgängerzone. War sehr zentral. Hatte einen Aufzug.
- Auf der Website steht, dass ein early check in ab 7 Uhr möglich sei. Leider war dies nicht der Fall.

- area had too many people wanting you to spend money. A tourist trap
+ They upgraded our room when we got there and after we checked out they kept our luggage for the day.

Only stayed there for 2 Nights but the staff was super friendly and the hostel was clean. There wasn’t really anything to complain about. I’d definitely recommend staying there.
I think this is the best hostel I've stayed at. Its so cheap, its really clean, the beds are really comfortable, there are 2 showers and 1 toilet in the dorm room. They also nailed all the details, like a place for your luggage, a locker, and a small shelf next to the bed to put your phone on while sleeping. They also have breakfast, which I missed unfortunately. I even left my luggage there and took a shower few hours after checkout. It wasn't too social there, but they also have a pool table!
