Leblon Beach Hostel

Nous avons été déçus par cette auberge dont le rapport qualité prix était très mauvais. Nous avions une chambre privative cher, qui s’est avérée être minuscule, avec un lit 140, quasi sans fenêtre et une salle de bains tout aussi minuscule sans fenêtre ni aération, inadaptée pour un bord de plage. Les équipements fonctionnaient mal alors que l’hôtel est neuf (chasse d’eau qui se bloque et douche impossible à régler). Petit déjeuner pas terrible. Les dortoirs valent peut ...

The hostel is in great location and is very secure, there is 24/7 security guide and the staff really pay attention to who comes in. But, there is only one(!) shower+toilet for a 10 people dorm! and for the price i think its really not worth it. In general the hostel is tiny and there is no kitchen/nice common area, just the reception and a balcony. Also, the 10 bed dorms is located on the first floor and we were woken up from the noise of the reception more than once.

The location is fantastic, and the staff were okay. The bed was very comfortable, but the room was tiny, and the bathroom so small it’s hard to get inside. It was messy and dirty and you don’t even have a place to hang a towel when showering. For a ground-floor room next to the reception, €40 is simply way too expensive for what you get. I believe the other rooms might be more comfortable.

Nice and modern with lots of activities

The rooms are far too small and narrow for the number of people and the bathroom is also tiny and has no window so it's really hot. There are no hooks in the bathroom or shelves in the bed area and the locks on some of the lockers didn't work. It would be better if the dorm doors locked automatically because I didn't feel that secure especially because my room was right beside reception. But the hostel isn't completely finished so hopefully some of these things will be rectified.

Pretty place. Comfortable beds with good AC Nicole and Nathalia were very helpful and kind during my stay. No complaints but would be good if towels were provided. Note leblon area is not the most touristy but is super nice with lots of fancy places.

L'auberge est très petit, je n'ai pas trop aimé la vérité. Je m'attendais à bcp mieux. Sinon, l'emplacement est parfait, le personnel est bien, activité organisée sont bien aussi.

Leblon has great potential to be a lovely hostel, it’s in a good location close to the beach, we felt safe and majority of staff were friendly and helpful. However when we arrived, the hostel was still in the process of being developed and builders were still working. We had to make our own beds, one day the water stopped working and the toilets and showers throughout the hostel didn’t work so couldn’t flush the toilets or have running water. El hostel está muy nuevo. Lo que es baño y cama está muy bien. Los cuartos son un poco pequeños. Creo que no se pueden abrir 2 valijas a la vez, igualmente el locker es muy grande y muy comodo de usar. Lo que es la entrada y el desayuno lamentablemente es un poco chico y no hay mucho lugar. Me cobraron por pedir una frazada, lo cual me molestó bastante. Si queres actividades y fiesta pero a la vez estar tranquilo, está bueno bien. Tienen tambien un espacio en la playa para pedir sillas.

Leblon was absolutely amazing! The hostel events and atmosphere has me staying long than I expected! I highly recommend this hostel for people who are longing to find their own balance!

A lovely hostel! The facilities are clean, well-kept, and have a fresh, modern design. The beach is only a block away, and there are also great food options nearby. The staff was excellent — special shoutout to Nicole, who was incredibly helpful in arranging our trip to the football match.

Wow!! it was my first time staying at a hustle and I couldn’t have chosen a better one. Everybody was so nice and welcoming. I felt safe the whole time I was there. I didn’t wanna say a huge thank you to Camila. She is the reason this experience was great.

I loved the stay in Leblon Beach Hostel!!! The rooms are super clean and pretty and you don’t feel like it is a full room. I loved the location and the staff everyone is super nice and especially Nicole was a great great person that helps with anything you need. Would recommend this hostel to everyone coming!

My best friend and I absolutely loved this hostel, it was the bestttttt. Nicole, Gabbie, Clara, Luan, and Natan become such good friends of ours. They are incredible at hospitality and welcoming us to feel safe, have fun, and make such great friends. Other staff like Lorrane and Patricia helped keep our room very clean and were very kind to us. Anyone staying in Rio MUST stay at Leblon Beach Hostel!!! 💚

El hostel está muy nuevo. Lo que es baño y cama está muy bien. Los cuartos son un poco pequeños. I meet some amazing people at Leblon Beach Hostel and the staff that worked there were really amazing! I love how they organised so many activities and it was really social especially in the day. A few downsides were, the only place to chill was on a verandah facing onto the street this was not ideal as it was very loud and I didn’t want to bring my laptop out there. The dorm was definitely cozy with not much room other than sleeping. Personally I also think hostels should provide free water!

My friend and I had a great time at Leblon. Immediately upon check-in the receptionist, Nathalia y Nicole, were very friendly and spoke perfect English. They explained all of the activities that were scheduled for the week and were very knowledgeable about the area. Gabi gave us a great local billiards bar recommendation. The hostel is 2 blocks from the beach which made it very convenient to walk anywhere. Only complain is that the ladders hurt your feet like crazy when climbing them haha.

Really great location right by ipanema beach. Super clean and staff are really nice. Got loads of activities.
