- 潰れたビジネスホテルを再利用して運営してます。と明記すべきです。朝起きた時の階段からロビーにかけての埃と湿気の臭いで嘔吐しそうになりました。かなりの住環境の悪さに驚きました。
- 夜中に部屋の鍵を開ける音がしたので目が覚めました。寝たふりして様子を見ていましたがスタッフなのか男性が入ってきて何をしてたかわかりませんが用事を済ませると出ていきましたが、部屋のドアは少し開けっぱなしになっていて怖くて眠れませんでした。寝不足のため次の日は最悪でした。2度と宿泊しません。

- 1）房間只有1部暖爐，只要温度一到，暖爐自動關掉，每晚都在冰窖中度過 2）明明有𨋢但不能使用，如果帶住輕便行李還好，我帶住26吋行李喼，樓梯仲要係彎曲 3）住女性房間，但沒有保障，沒有任何安全措施，入住當晚有位男性誤入咗房 4）沒有locker鎖私人財物 5）成間hostel好似快要結業一樣 6）附近一間便利店都沒有

+ The showers were good and hardly saw another person there.
- The bedding and pillows smelled like body oil. Futon mattresses were very thin. Walls had paint flaking and what looked like mould on the walls. Carpeting in corridor and stairs looked really dirty and the edges next to walls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for years. Didn't feel very comfortable there because it felt very dirty. If you wanted a towel for the shower you had to rent it for 100 yen. Definitely not value for money. We could have stayed at a chain hotel which would have been much more comfortable across the road for cheaper. They have a policy that you must not be in the hotel from 10am to 4pm to allow them to clean... Sorry for the negative review, but the owners need to put a little bit of effort into refurbishing this old hotel. Feels like they must be making maximum profit for the price you are paying.
Hosel extremely basic, old, no beds just mattress. The location is very convenient, just steps from the train station. Bathrooms and showers only on one floor, so if you are on a different floor it’s not ideal, specially because the hallways are cold. There are no elevators. The portable heater/ac in the room is hard to control. If you just need to overnight for one night it’s ok, but I would not recommend a longer stay

- The room was way too old. Lighting was just a bulb in the room. Looks rundown. There’s no lift and difficult to carry a large luggage up/ down the spiral staircase.

+ J’ai adoré ce séjour dans cet établissement, les chambres et équipements étaient confortables. La pièce de vie commune est idéale pour passer de bons moments avec les autres résidents. Idéalement situé à deux pas de la gare.
I loved my stay at this property, the rooms and amenities were comfortable. the common living room is ideal for spending good times with other residents. ideally located a stone's throw from the train station.
+ Der var en hyggelig backpacker stemning! Og gæstfrihed! Det lå centralt ved stationen, hvilket var fedt!
- Der var lidt skummelt på gangene og man kunne tydeligt hører togene
There was a nice backpacker atmosphere! and hospitality! it was centrally located at the station, which was cool! there was a bit of a commotion on the corridors and you could clearly hear the togens

+ Great location very close to Nagano station and bus stop to town and temple. There’s a few restaurants around as well so can eat close by. The staff speak english and was really supportive in getting things sorted and helping move things and do laundry. Their concept of journaling people’s stay is awesome and something I haven’t seen before but I think it helps give people encouragement to get to know others so that’s awesome.
- I personally would like a better mattress and pillow to sleep on just for additional comfort and maybe just a little more cleaner in the shared sink area but other than that great place.

+ One of the best hostels we've stayed at. We loved the japanese twist with the tatami mats in the common space and it was really clean for a hostel. We never waited for the toilet or the shower.
- The bathroom was a bit cold, but mainly due to the open window.
+ 長野駅から徒歩すぐです。海外の方がほとんどで、コミュニケーションを取りたい方にはぴったりだと思います。
- 事前に確認できていればなと思った点は、トイレやシャワーブース、洗面台など全て男女共用です。気にしなければ良いのですが、多国籍の男性が上裸で普通にはいってくるので少々落ち着かず……向こうもギョッとしてました。笑 こればかりは慣れだと思いますので、気にされる方はご参考まで……！

Overall comfy place… but chilly as many Japanese spaces are. Staff are very friendly and even come to hang out in their time off. That says how welcoming the common area is. I will second the concern of others that the smell of kerosene was strong in some rooms, but it wasn’t bad in my room. Heat from the a/c wall unit was plenty. One small pet peeve: please add a little more heat and light in the sink area of the bathroom. Other than that staying was an excellent, if a bit earthy experienc...

+ スタッフさんの接客が良く、１階のフリースペースや台所の充実もあり、リラックスして宿泊できました。
- 建物自体は年期もので古いです。普通の清掃はされていて清潔ですが、細かなところで積もった汚れが目立ちます。掃除が得意な中年主婦などが入ってもっと磨けば良くなるのにねと思いました。
+ Really close to the station and the facilities were really nice! Clean rooms, a full kitchen and nice bathrooms/showers!
