- На что нужен такой дебил на ресепшене, как менеджер Kan, если он не может решить простейшую проблему гостя? Он отказался принимать перевод между вьетнамскими банками, а я отказался платить наличными, потому что он кроме этого позволил себе насмешливо на меня пялиться. Этому человеку не место в отельном бизнесе - вместо моих денег он принёс этой убогой тусовке мой плохой отзыв. Идиот даже не отменил мою бронь))

- IHOME给我了最差的住宿体验 1、安全性很差。我的物品在宿舍被偷，且无法找回，带来了经济损失和旅途很大的不方便 2、舒适性不好。如果你想要party，你可以来 ，但如果你想要睡个好觉，绝对不可能！Bar的音乐会放到凌晨1点，很吵，房间的隔音很差，所以你不可能在音乐结束之前睡得着
+ I really loved the vibe of the hostel. Very chill. The onsite restaurant was nice as well and made very solid food! The pool was great as well as the easy access to the beach. Incredibly easy to meet new people as well! The bar is nice, there is free beer and shots every night. The staff were super cool and kind and there is a nice Bahn mi cart who shows up every night or so. The location was also fantastic too!
- I got bed bugs. The hostel clearly did not do a sufficient job of cleaning the rooms and I had to suffer the medical consequences. They gave me a refund on my stay which I appreciated but the damage had already been done. Doing laundry and getting rid of the pests was just a miserable process. The hostel did not even offer for me to stay somewhere else for free, nor did they offer to pay for the cleaning fee I had to endure to get rid of the bugs. Not only that, but the bathrooms were just absolutely repugnant. There is nasty goo everywhere on the bottom of the toilets and the showers, and the sinks. Pretty much all over the bathroom (for at least the mens room, I am not sure if the women's room is the same). It looks like the bathrooms haven't been cleaned in god knows how long. They were so bad and smelled horrible I almost wanted to throw up. This was one of the worst accommodations that I have ever stayed in and it truly baffles me how poorly this property handled its cleanliness. I truly believe that this place needs to re-evaluate its' cleaning process and potentially re-vitalize the bathrooms. I understand that those may be difficult because it is a hostel on the beach and many of the facilities are open-air/outdoors but many other hostels and accommodations within Southeast Asia can stay clean, so I also believe that iHome can do it too. I would love to return to iHome someday if they are able to ride the ship with their cleanliness and customer support, because the location is just perfect, the vibe of the hostel is immaculate, and the overall potential is as high as the stars. But I simply cannot trust that the next time I go, I would be able to trust the beds or the bathroom quality. Until changes are made, I do not suggest that anyone stays at iHome hostel if they value basic cleanliness while backpacking through Southeast Asia. I hope that iHome upper management reads my review, as I truly want iHome to succeed.
- bed bugs and no air con
+ The food was fine, there was a good social area.
- It was dirty. There were rats everywhere including in the rooms all night. There were he’d bugs and the actual place was no clean either.
+ it has plenty of games to pass the time in a hostel. Food was decent and staff were friendly and helpful.
- There were cockroaches in our bed, so after seeing that and just one night we checked out. At night there were also rats around the pool area,
do not stay here! the room is one massive shed with dividers and very very hot, no keys for rooms, tiny lockers that don’t close properly, no curtains just mosquito nets, showers are dirty. hated this so much i left and i’ve not done that in 4 months of travelling. bad location far from most things. only positive was the pool was decent. save the hassle and book elsewhere
Strange atmosphere, door didn’t close, no keys given for the room. Breakfast was half arsed. Staff seemed to rather sit back than get involved in making the experience better. I would not go back.
Very very hard to sleep here. No blinds on the beds and both staff and other guests kept coming into the room and turning on the lights at all hours.

I thought the hostel was a bit run down. It’s great for the social aspect, but it could definitely use some renovations, especially the bathrooms. The rooms also get way too hot. That said, there are a lot of games to play, the food is good, and the pool with the little beach area makes the stay a lot more enjoyable.
No aircon in the rooms and everything was filthy. Bathrooms were SO hot
Firstly so much to do in the hostel, jam packed with games and activities. Right on the beach/ promenade. Free beer from 6-7pm each night. Cheap bike rental (150k) Credit card style tab (the hold passports for this though) but the bill was accurate. Only one set of toilets/showers in main building, long walk from dorms. Personal fans in each bed, but still very hot due to the climate. No curtains just nets. Kittens & dogs on site was a bonus, small gym needs TLC. Pool clean but the beach not

Good hostel, rooms slightly strange and get very hot but fine for a night or two
5 of us stayed here we all got bed bugs
C’est un super établissement pour faire des rencontres, les réceptionnistes sont très gentils, les lits sont plutôt confortable, mais il peut faire très chaud dans les dortoirs. Les douches sont plutôt propres, je recommande.
This is a great establishment for dating, the receptionists are very friendly, the beds are quite comfortable, but it can get very hot in the dorms.
Hostel is in a good location nearby the beach and a lot of nice cafes etc close by. Room was okay nothing special and bed was comfy enough, i loved the addition of having own private fan within the bed. Did the Sand dunes tour via the hostel which was great. Pool was great to chill in and out of with the heat.

Lots going on within the hostel and lots of facilities. However food is a bit more pricey and you can only pay your end tab in cash which isn’t ideal.
Really impressed! Great atmosphere if you want a really social hostel, lovely pool and right on the beach front. The staff were super lovely and worked so hard! I would highly recommend doing the sand dunes tour with the hostel as it quite reasonably priced and a great way to meet people.
Nice hostel, all though I didn’t really like the dorm rooms, but I guess that’s what you can expect for such a cheap price
A social hostel with a nice pool, beach area to sunbathe, and multiple leisure game activities: pool, table tennis, etc. The staff at Ihome were exceptional and were the highlight of our stay here. Our belongings were stolen on the beach in the early hours of the morning and multiple hostel staff came to our help. They provided us with transport, help liaising with the police, and accompanied us at the station until around 4am. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend ❤️

Ihome is the best place to stay in Mui ne by far, in terms of social this is where you need to be, there’s so many games to play, places to hang out and chill. The only thing bad is the no Ac because it’s so hot but the social side of it is with the sacrifice
Best atmosphere I’ve experienced in a hostel in Vietnam so far really social hostel with amazing social areas couple pool tables, brilliant swimming pool and sun beds etc. beds aren’t the best but everything else makes up for it. Sand dune tours are also good through the hostel.
Great social place to stay! And free beers were the best I had compared to other hostels
