+ Nice staff
- Shower with cold water
+ Ubicación correcta y personal amable. Agua caliente en la ducha.
- La habitación estaba llena de humedades y teníamos una gotera que no paró en toda la noche. Caía del techo y nos dijeron que era por las obras. Cama pequeña. El parqueo para el carro está a dos cuadras. El hotel tiene un patio común en frente de todas las habitaciones lo que significa que se oye todo.
- Don't expect much at this price. The bed is uncomfortable and barely any sheets. An old one seat sofa in the room. The pool is half empty. Weird vibe overall to this place but at that price you can't really complain.
+ Bequemes und sauberes Bett. Wir mochten den Pool. Die Lage war sehr gut, in Gehdistanz zum Hauptplatz, Restaurants, Gym und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben aufgrund der guten Bewertungen etwas anderes erwartet. Es war nicht mega schlecht, aber halt auch nicht aussergewöhnlich gut. 🤷🏼♀️
- - Unser Zimmer hat sehr feucht gerochen, weshalb wir oft die Zimmertür offen liessen. - Während den 5 Nächten wurde unser Zimmer nie saubergemacht. Wenigstens den Toiletten-Eimer hätte man mal leeren können… - Für die Wäsche werden USD 10 verlangt, immerhin war sie schnell fertig. - Die Küche war überschaubar ausgestattet. Es hatte nicht mal einen Kochtopf, nur Bratpfannen.

- Pas de fontaine d'eau à disposition et la terrasse pour se poser est un peu simple (pas de hamacs, juste des chaises)

- Un peu excentré la place centrale
+ De locatie is top. Vlak bij het centrum. De kamers zijn eenvoudig, maar bevatten wel alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend.
- Het was af en toe wat aanklungelen om de douche op de juiste stand te krijgen
+ Shared kitchen was great! However could have done with more pans. Pool was nice but we didn’t use it in the end. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was quite small but fine for a few nights. Staff were really lovely and friendly. Good location & walkable.
- The shower had a second hose that kept coming undone and going everywhere which was a bit annoying. Other than that nothing!
+ Nice hotel about 5 blocks from Parque Libertad, the cathedral, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful, there is a shared kitchen with a fridge and a microwave.
- As all hotels where the rooms open to a communal area and a pool, you are at the mercy of other guests as far as noise levels. The first night there were three guests drinking beer and talking in the kitchen / bar area (which happened to be right outside my window) until almost 2am.

+ Fantastic location to nearby grocery store, restaurants, and attractions. The host also helped me signed up for the tour for the volcano hike, lake viewing, and helped me contact a driver to see the ruta de Flores. The facility also has good kitchen utensils if I ever want to cook.
