- Publicidad engañosa en booking sale el precio de pieza a 6mil y llegando al hostal te cobran 15mil

- La mujer del contacto que está en booking actuó de manera arrogante desde el comienzo. Con mi familia tomamos el hostal por que necesitábamos quedarnos una noche más en Punta Arenas, llegamos al lugar, pero nos llevamos una completa desilusión. Es un lugar poco acogedor y feo, las camas no tienen la suficiente ropa para abrigarse, no cuentan con calefacción. La habitación para 6 personas son 2 camarotes de tres camas, que no cuentan con escaleras adecuadas para subir, nos golpeamos varias veces con las tablas ya que son muy pequeños. estuvimos 40 minutos en la habitación y tuvimos que pagar un total de más de 70 mil pesos, la dueña no tuvo consideración ni temperamento para comunicarse y cobrar el costo total sin siquiera usar su habitación, a lo cual accedimos de manera respetuosa. Al estar pagando, la asistente del hostal (extranjera) llamó en altavoz a la mujer del contacto (imagino que es la dueña) quien dijo “cóbrales luego a esa gente y échalos”. Algo que nos pareció una falta de respeto grave, cabe señalar que todos en mi familia somos profesionales y esta persona “dueña” nos pareció una mujer altanera y ordinaria. Nos llevamos una pésima tarde, espero ningún viajero aventurero se topé con este hostal, una experiencia desagradable y amarga, que se puede evitar después de haber viajado desde tal lejos a vacacionar.

+ No me pude hospedar no había nadie. Llame al número de WhatsApp y le dije que estaba afuera le mande foto de la confirmación y no me dieron solucion
- Hable con romina y me dijo que la encargada se había ido y que no me podía dar solución.en definitiva tuve que buscar un hospedaje. Pésima atención.

- I was at the property but was DENIED about my booking out of no reason! A VERY RUDE middle aged woman who seemed to be the cleaner who tried to bring my luggage out to the public area outside the property and threatened to call police!!! I tried to contact booking.com customer service but no avail! NEVER book this hostel as there are plenty of hostels in Punts Arenas Attached is the screenshot of confirmation of my booking

- I don't understand all the reviews saying how nice the owner was. They influenced me booking this and I didn't find it true. When I arrived at the same time as another guest it was late Saturday afternoon. The owner wanted cash only. Neither of us had having both arrived in chile that day. It does not say on booking. Com. The owner said make sure we get in morning. So Sunday morning I traipse around to find a place, get her the cash, but she is nowhere to be seen all day. 9.30pm I am asleep because of time difference and jet lag and she is really banging on my door demanding money. The bathrooms are not near most of the bedrooms they are near the kitchen where the owner entertains her friends or family ? Made me feel uncomfortable. There was plate of pastries in the morning but no mention if for us or her friends so I didn't take. I wasn't given a key to my room but asked for it back when I left. This was my first place on arriving to chile and it left me with a very bad impression, i was really not happy here. Thank god all the other places were warm and friendly.

- Guilt tripped into giving tip at the start of the stay before services could even be judged as tip worthy. Felt at risk of not getting good service if didnt pay additional amount. Never had this before, very unprofessional and rude. 3 tier bunk beds very difficult to climb, picked bottom bunk but was told to take top bunk once their friend checked in

- Właścicielka chyba nie kontroluje ilości rezerwacji. Zarezerwowałem pokój 2 osobowy. Potwierdziłem rezerwację na prośbę właścicielki na whattsuppie. Na miejscu okazało się, że pokoju i tak nie ma. Miałem szczęście, że było wolne łóżko w pokoju 6 osobowym za niższą cenę.

+ Todo muy limpio y acogedor. Los dueños son super amables y ofrecen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. Tuve que regresar al hostal por otra noche de imprevisto ya que perdí el vuelo y fueron muy amables en responderme rápido y dejarme quedarme otra noche.

Everything is very clean and cozy. the owners are super friendly and offer a shuttle service to the airport. i had to return to the hostel for another night out of the blue as i missed my flight and they were very kind to respond quickly and let me stay another night. all great!
Wir waren hier als Zwischenstopp nach Puerto Natales und haben tatsächlich zwei Guides aus dem Nationalpark Torres del Paine getroffen und sogar einen Ausflug gemeinsam geplant! Preis Leistung ist wirklich in Ordnung die Küche hat viel Platz wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Sprechen allerdings kein Englisch.
We were here as a stopover to Puerto Natales and actually met two Guides from the Torres del Paine National Park and even planned a trip together! price Performance is really in Ordnung the kitchen has much Platz we have uns very well felt, the hostess was very nice. speak however no English.
It was great! Lovely staff and the hostel is clean and has everything that you need.

+ Good location/ comfortable bed
- Both owner and staff doesn't understand English, i asked for early check in both through booking.com and in property mobile number .when I went there there is nobody and when I contacted over phone also very vague response.Luckily for me one guest going out opened the gate and I went inside otherwise what's gonna happen I don't know in the freezing weather there.

+ Lovely place with good prices and awesome people. And you can rent bikes!
+ So nice to be able to rent bikes at the premises. Lovely atmosphere and people, and very good price.
