+ I like nothing about this place.

- This property owner gives our room to another person before we arrive. And told me very sorry. What nonsense. I was coming for an exam, and they ruined my plans and time totally. Please don't come to this place.I don't recommend this place.

- Everything is not clean. Not any good condition that's show in website

+ They should serve professional way. I got booking confirmation with them. on my way to place, they call and said there is not place availability .

- I booked the hotel and was going to the hotel by taxi from a long distance. They called me near the hotel and said that the hotel was out of space. I suffered a lot of damage. Please take care of it.

+ Location really bad, we faced issue with water 40 minutes no waters supply, Washrooms not clean water stocking while taking bath. Cant use commends. Washroom door locks broken. No tea/coffee at least water bottle inside room. Delayed breakfast only 2 toasted breads,

- They are closed after 9.30 and it isn't mentioned anywhere in booking.com. I booked it on morning and called them to check availability. Even then they didn't mention about it. I was traveling from kandy. I've got late and when after we arrived to the destination, they said they are closed. Even the gent who answered the phone was not polite. We had to book another accommodation at middle of the night. So bad. I don't recommend

- False advertising. Fraud place. Noth like picture. No facilities. Filthy place. Horrible smell coming from kitchen. Location horrible. So bad that I didn't even stay even after paying.

- After booking through booking.com again we want to whatapp their no and need to re confirm it. Useless booking.com reservation. Other thing is they published per night rate.but from whatapp they said it for the day time only. One night it's higher than the marked price. Totally misleading guests.

+ Very nice place. Very reasonable charges. I stayed at a room like a tree house. Wow that was really amazing. Even they are offering a little breakfast. Highly recommend for short stays

- The owners here don't care much about online booking. Even if we book a room, if we go onsite and request that room from another guest, they give it to him. The same thing happened to me. Later, I had to get a 2 person room instead of a 1 person room. That too at a higher price. I also didn't get breakfast😒. But they took the full amount. If you book a room here, be careful about these things. Even if you make an online booking, they don't take responsibility for that😑.

+ Öncelikle hangi hizmeti kaç paraya aldığınızı çok iyi değerlendirin. Vaktiniz yoksa ve çok az ise burası size göre değil ama ulaşım için vaktiniz varsa burası oldukça sessiz ve sakin. Her sabah kahvaltınız hazır ve neredeyse bir Hamburger fiyatına üç gün kalabiliyorsunuz. 164 nolu otobüs ile son duraktan 1.5 km yürümek veya tuktuk tutmak gerekiyor. Ben yürüdüm ve mahalle çok hoşuma gitti lakin burası herkes için uygun değil.

- Benim fiyat denge beklentimi karşıladı ama biraz daha bakımlı olabilirdi. Yine de çok kötü diyemem çünkü üç dolara kahvaltı dahil kimse yapamaz.
