+ Ubicación

- Las camas un desastre no dormí en toda la noche , colchón horroroso los resortes me quedaron marcados

- Durante mi estancia una persona extraña al hospedaje, lo detecto la cámara, ingresa a mi espacio rentado y roba parte de mis pertenencias. Todo ello por un vacío en la vigilancia del hospedaje. No haciéndose responsable de cubrir el daño por robo.

- Waren zu zweit in einem 4er-Schlafsaal. Man erhält beim Check-In ein Schloss mit Schlüssel, den man für die Safes benutzen soll. Der ganze Schlafsaal wurde am zweiten Tag ausgeraubt, insgesamt ein Schaden von ungefähr 500 US-Dollar. Nachdem wir den Diebstahl der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde uns gesagt dass sie nichts tun können, jedoch waren wir uns einig, dass es das Personal mit dem jeweiligen Zweitschlüssel war. Rezeption behauptete, sie hätten keine Zweitschlüssel, was nun mal völliger Schwachsinn ist...

+ La verdad es que lo que mas o menos era pasable era el 2do piso que uno se puede relajar, aunque no tenga la luz buena

- El personal que me recibió super super despreciables, me querían cobrar un valor elevado al que me aparecía en la página, era un muchacho que cobraba y otro que tenía como corte largo hasta la mitad de la cabeza, pelos como medios rubios teñidos y anteojos redondos, suuuper mala onda, nos seguía a mi novia y a mí para todos lados a ver que estábamos haciendo, iba entrando con las manos super ocupadas e incapaz de abrir la puerta, o sea, nosotras eramos la huéspedes, un poco de amabilidad, después nos siguió al baño para ver donde entrábamos, después llegó a la cocina y revisó que comida estábamos haciendo, o sea , yo alquilé aquí porque quería pasar la noche ya que nos tocaba un largo viaje pero super super mala atención, al hacer check-out la muchacha por lo menos era amable pero de verdad, la gente que tienen trabajando ahi esos 2 muchachos echan a perder la armonía que pueda haber, el lugar no está mal pero podría ser mucho mejor, tomando en cuenta el precio que tienen.

+ Good rooms

- A hostel that tries to squeeze every single penny out of you. Annoying! 1. Only hostel in town, they take advantage of it and start with a pretty high standard rate 2. The charge for EVERY single thing extra. Late check-out, ok understandable. But also early check-in, which is already poor. But then the worst: luggage storage: 3k, kitchen use after checkout: 4k. What next? Charge me for wifi? Water? Electricity? It just makes you feel like a damn cash cow. No hospitality vibes whatsoever. 3. Try to charge the VAT for Chileans for non Chileans. Only after discussion I did not need to pay that. You know, how it works, don't try to cheat on me. 4. After some time I got the message they wanted to mark me as a no-show in booking. I assume in order to just not pay the fee to booking. I protested, then they didn't. Shady!

+ Aceptaron nuestra mascota. Buena atención en recepcion.

- Las instalaciones son hechizas y poco acogedoras.

+ L’emplacement proche de la gare et du centre-ville en même temps

- La literie était vraiment très très sale, j’ai fini par dormir dans mon duvet. Pour 20€ la nuit en dortoir, des draps propres ça me semble le minimum…

+ Muy buen precio de café, bebidas, etc

- La cocina, debería ser más grande.

+ La comodidad de la casa es genial!, la cocina amplia, el baño super limpio, la ropa de cama limpia y colchón cómodo, calentito. Volveria sin dudas!

- Te cobran por resguardo de unas horas del equipaje, no esta mal pero podría ser una cortesía como ocurre en todos los hostels de chile que he visitado.

+ Servizio clienti, servizio, pulizia.

- Niente

- Que las camas tengan mejor accesibilidad, escaleras o algo para poder subir a las más altas. Es riesgoso subirse por los maderos de mueble también.

+ The kitchen was nice and big (they have two). The showers are nice and the bed are comfortable (at least where I was staying).

- All the extra prices for arriving early, late check out, using the kitchen after check out (and quite a few more). In my opinion not necessary to have all those prices. It was a good hostel overall!

- Although staying in the caravan is an experience, it is very narrow and quite annoying that you have to unlock the reception door and go through the living room just to go to the toilet. Also, there is quite some noise from either guests coming in late or noisy neighbours talking outside. The worst was the receptionist which made me feel very unwelcome, just another annoying guests... Dont think its worth the money.

+ The bedrooms are really big, with plenty of storage space and your own little part in the room.

- There were not that many showers and bathrooms, so I had to wait on my turn sometimes

+ Lots of storage in private room and many bathrooms - hot showers. Easy check in. Lockers for luggage storage. Close to bus station. Good WiFi.

- Paid lockers for storage.
