Banchan Hostel Ayutthaya

Leider war beim Check In niemand vor Ort. Man musste anrufen, das jemand kommt. Lage ist ok aber sehr wenig los und zu Fuß kann man eigentlich nicht in die Innenstadt oder zu den Tempeln gehen….

Rats! There was a rat running around in the lobby which was sitting in the breakfast buffet between the coffee and bread the next morning. There was just one other guest and there was no one around the reception (I always had to call the owner who send her parents over to do the Check-In and Check-Out).

Leider konnte das Personal kein Englisch, sie waren aber sehr freundlich, konnten nur fast keine Infos geben. Lage ist okee, aber etwas weit weg vom Zentralen geschehen. Zimmer sauber und bequeme Betten

This hostel was ok, there are crazy barking dogs next door who will chase you and no one made us aware of that. It is close to a night market. You have to pay for water which I think should be free. It is a very cozy homestay environment, not much life at all, but it is ok for a night.

Very quiet and not many people around. Fine for maybe 2 nights to just chill a little but that's about it. Clean and comfy beds though.

Good hostel, run by a nice family, free breakfast is a bonus. Location is good about 5 mins from the nearest 7/11 and 12 mins to the night markets. Not that social as there isn’t many people but nice place to relax for a few days

We enjoyed staying at this hostel, because it was very clean, comfy beds and great location in Ayutthaya - walking distance to Wat Mahathat, Rachaburana, 7/11 and a night market. You can also rent bicycles here for cheap, and go out and explore Ayutthaya by bicycle. The hostel is a comfortable thai-style house with some really nice common areas and a coffee/tea/water station. They also offer free breakfast (a banana and toast).

Cute little hostel. Very calm and not far from main attractions. They rent bikes. The only thing I did not like is that there were no toilet papers or frequented cleaning of the bathrooms on both days i was there this was missing. No one on reception to ask it form either.

Hostel muy familiar, limpio y muy acogedor.

Though I reached late, the staff and the family that run the hostel are extremely helpful. They help me with boat tour and bicycle rental.

It was a great hostel, very comfortable beds and good AC. I'd definitely recommend renting a bicycle through them and cycling around, it was the highlight of my stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also really good value. Nice and clean hostel

j'ai passé un super séjour à Banchan Hostel ! C'est très agréable : la petite cour à l'extérieur est trop sympa, aucun bruit de circulation, c'est propre, l'hôte est bienveillante (c'est un peu la deuxième maman de tout le monde), petit déj gratuit, eau potable. Et surtout j'ai fait de superbes rencontres là-bas ! Je recommande à 100%. Le seul petit détail pour moi est qu'il n'y avait pas de papier toilette mais seulement le jet d'eau.

Stayed for one night, would have loved to stay for longer but made a mistake when booking and there was only one day availability for us. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I loved the vibe and decor of the property felt very homely and chilled. We loved the quiteness of the hostel. Great location we spent the day walking around the temples in the historic park and the first that we visited, Wat Maha That, was about 10 mins away. Thank you for having us, would definitely come to visit again.

Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. Always cleaning the place and you feel at home. Definitely recommend for a couple nights:)

A very cute hostel that feels more like a homestay. Staff are very friendly and will help you get around and with whatever you need. Had a lovely time at Banchan 😊

Buena opcion en ayutthaya, alquilan bicicletas, instalaciones cómodas con aire acondicionado, su anfitriona no habla inglés pero con el traductor nos entendimos bastante bien.
