Vibrant Hostel

- Chinese women at our level tapau abis the area..there no iron at our level..toilet door had broken lock cannot lock it from inside almost every toilet door..even bathroom door too..too bad at women bathroom the chinese women hanging his bra & panties she do it just like her own house & own bathroom🥴

+ Location was good but it was a little bit hidden, staff were very friendly.

- There were rats in the Kitchen, weird sounds on the ceiling (probably rats as well), we talked with the staff and they said that they will take care of that but it was the same next days.

- Although you can only pay cash, you can only increase the tax and fees, that is, the taxes and fees are not included in the scheduled price. And if you stay for a long time, you will not pack the room and change the bath towels and other supplies.

+ Nothing really except the fact that they allow me to cancel the subsequent booking.

- - The carpark is expensive at RM4 for the first 3 hours, RM1 per hour thereafter and there is no cap so expect to pay rm25 for an overnight stay. - At this price i didn’t have much to expect but the room was nothing like the pictures. Paint was peeling off the wall. -Layout straight up looks like a brothel. -The staff weren’t exactly helpful in dealing with the carpark issues. -Room was noisy as its very close to airport and no sound insulation/earplugs were given - bathroom was dirty and the door was malfunctioning - lift closes in 1 second right after opening At this price point, i hadn’t had much to expect but i really think that there are better options out there

+ One of the favourites !! We absolutely loved this hostel, and extended whilst here. Super clean room with the comfiest mattress. Clean bathrooms. Great shared space. Amazing location near a large shopping mall.

- Etwas teuer für ein Hostel in KK

+ Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was right next to the mall which was handy for food

- The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner

+ - Kostenloser Kaffee - Küche ist bis auf eine Herdplatte gut ausgestattet - Späterer Check-in war möglich

- - Sehr dreckig (Flecken auf den Bettlaken, überall Haare und Staub im Bad, schmutzige Fenster) - Der Teppichfußboden hat gestunken und hatte Brandflecken (und man muss barfuß darauf laufen) - Tür zur geteilten Toilette konnte man nicht abschließen - Generell sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teuer für die gebotene Leistung

+ All round excellent value for money hostel. It is located near several malls (and as such great restaurants) and within is walking distance of KK City. Quiet throughout the day and night, so is not the place to make new friends if that's what you're looking for. Staff are very friendly and helpful; they let us store a large bag for 4 nights whilst we travelled to Sandakan. Great facilities: spotlessly clean and the wifi was very good.

- The hostel is directly in the flight path, so there is noise from planes landing. It did not affect sleeping with ear plugs though.

+ The hotel is in a great location, the room was comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay

- Wifi was a bit slow
