Auberge Jeunesse LouLou's Backpacker Hostel

I checkout before 11am. I get an email @10:44am the same day with an image of a swiss knife next to what looks to be a made hole by the knife underneath where the bunk bed mattress rest upon, & a receipt in the french language for such damages. The host charged my credit card on file. I emailed André and he has not responded to my email demanding reimbursement to this false accusation. This is their way of falsely framing & charging someone. Vos actions nuisent à la réputation du Québec

Second time staying here. I found it odd that most of the bookings for the week were mostly for a male group. So I was in a mixed dorm which is fine, but felt very much out of place as being the only woman sharing a dorm. The airflow in the room was awful as was the AC that wasn’t quite working. I ended up sleeping in my car. I told this to the morning person to which he said that the Ac was on at 24C which didn’t feel like it overnight. Also, please give us dish soap and soften your water.

auberge chaleureuse et staff sympathique. situee pres dun parc et safe. par contre si vous n avez pas de voiture cest une mauvaise option. l auberge est situee a presque 10 km de la ville. si vous arrivez un dimanche comme moi avec des trains en panne il n y aura que la solution du uber a 60 dollars.... entre cela, les bus et les navettes payantes j ai du depenser 100 dollars de transport donc ub gros trou dans mon budget

une auberge de jeunesse vraiment sympa. Avec parking gratuit.Le personnel donne des astuces pour aller a Québec sans la voiture donc c'est top. Petit point négatif, la voie de chemin de fer à proximité, il edt judicieux d'avoir de bons bouchons d'oreilles (les trains s'annoncent a l'approche des passages à nniveaux, même la nuit)

This was my second time staying here for a night, perfect when I’m driving through from Ontario to New Brunswick. Great place, easy to get to and nice that there’s parking.

Auberge facile a trouvé, le personnel est très sympathique, agréable et toujours disponible. A disposition il y'a plusieurs services payants ou non-payant, ce qui est intéressant en cas petite soif ou pour réchauffer un plat ou pour le stationnement gratuit par exemple. C est un endroit que je conseille et si je reviens a Québec, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur. A bientôt 😉. Mathieu

great atmosphere.Parking was easy, hosts were so helpful and helped to plan our day. The showers are good quality (I have thick hair so needs to be powerful enough). I brought my family on this trip and i felt very safe the children staying in another room away from us. Great family feel, fun pub up the road, 6 mins from walmart, 3 mins from McDonald's. We had a balcony in our room which was such a cute touch. Extra pillows on request, fridge in every room, ample stocked kitchen utensils.

Overall good clean hostel. Its nice that they have parking but it is limited and fills up at night. They didn't give me other parking options. One night I got back late and every spot was taken so I parked in the empty space in front of the walkway (I couldn't ask an employee since they had already closed the front desk). Genuinely love this Hostel. The location is great in Levis because you're close to Quebec City, but not in it. No complaints about this Hostel. You can choose different dorms: 4 mixed bunks, private rooms, gender specific. The prices are the lowest you'll find, and they have free parking, which is very nice. Staff are kind and respectful, great people. All the facilities are clean and well-kept. Multiple showers and restrooms, a kitchen, and a cool living room. I stay here everytime

Awesome place!

Great place with very kind staff. Felt very homey, the location is a little far from Quebec City, but had free parking and was in a cute little town. I’d definitely come back!

It was the First time that I'd stayed at a hostel, and it turned out to be a really positive experience. The owner and staff show they really care about the facility with its cleanliness and all essential were well stocked.

Ostello perfetto sotto tutto i punti di vista! Ci siamo trovati super bene , bella la casa, bravi alla reception e con il traghetto s’arriva a Québec Città con l’aria di mare!!

Great location. There is a train station extremely close so the horn blares occasionally. The hostel is clean, well maintained, and well equipped. Cozy vibes. Lots of space to sit and eat or read a book. Comfy bed linens.

I have been backpacking in Europe ,Australasia and Asia for many years. This is the cleanest and best run Hostel I have ever seen . Top Marks

Had a great stay here! Such a cozy place, really welcoming staff and I felt very at home during my time here. The free parking was convenient! Being within walking distance of Chaudière Falls was another nice perk. Would definitely stay here again!
