The hostel staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The room and facilities are simple but sufficient for a short stay. However, the manager’s attitude towards both guests and staff was not appropriate. It was uncomfortable to witness staff being reprimanded in front of guests, and decisions such as turning off the air conditioning made the stay less comfortable. We had a great time at this hostel!! The owner is super friendly and would give us great deals on drinks :)) Poolside vibe was great and social! Hostel is also nearby lots of restaurants/bars, and is clean. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever back!
Bed bugs! I had booked for three nights and on the second day I came back to the hostel to see my mattress completely missing. I asked the reception what had happened and they didn’t give me a clear answer and just offered to move me to a different room. After checking some of the other mattresses, we found so many bed bugs! Thank fully the reception were fair and gave us a refund for our stay. The rest of the facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. I would not recommend staying her...

+ Segunda vez no Hostel e gosto muito do conceito do hostel, tranquilo, seguro, café da manhã gostoso. Quarto com varanda e varal para secar as roupas. Chuveiro,pia e vaso sanitário separados .
- Da falta de educação e organização dos hóspedes. Mas isso não é culpa do hostel.
+ Hostel oferece espaço social, bar e cozinha. Facilidade de acesso. Bom custo beneficio.
- Falta de Manutenção nas mobilias, portas e camas rangendo. Ralos sujos e presenca de baratas. Faltou trato e acolhimento de alguns funcionarios.

Really good hostel!! Staff are really friendly. The breakfast is good ! And really good locales for the bus to go to the falls (both side). And nice pool
