I spent two nights here, everything worked well, staff was very helpful and dorm was clean, my mattress was old and made funny noises but it was comfortable enough to rest well. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location, wall distance to tram station and metro station.

+ Cet établissement un un dépotoir. Je vous envoyé des photos pour prouver mes dires. J'ai quitté cet établissement après la première nuit. Le gérant refuse de me rembourser. Ce n'est pas un bonne publicité d'avoir ce type d'établissement dans votre catalogue. A l'avance je vous remercie pour les actions que pourriez prendre pour que le remboursement soit effectué, et, supprimer cet établissement de votre catalogue. Un cleint TRES mécontent. + Bella stanza grande, molto spaziosa, pulita, frigo a disposizione in camera. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Staff disponibile e gentilissimo (anche chi non parlava una parola di inglese)
- La cucina in comune con gli altri ospiti era sporca in maniera indicibile, infatti non ne abbiamo usufruito. L'edificio é in ristrutturazione per cui l'ingresso e le scale erano costantemente ricoperte di polvere. La reception é praticamente un magazzino, non il massimo dell'accoglienza. Guardando peró il rapporto qualitá-prezzo sono rimasta soddisfatta.

Staff was nice but the property was overbooked and i was left stranded in the city at night. And the page says 10/10 even with plenty of reviews under 10
