Bloom Inn

+ I was in the property no one was there and I called up then some one replied to take the key and he will meet me soon, but no one turn up in my whole stay and even I have to leave in the morning I tried to find someone but couldn’t get hold of anybody and I kept the key in the reception no one was there and pay my bill by cash as no one was there I kept in the bed in my room and locked the room as no one was there in he reception so I felt it’s safe in the room to keep the cash , the reception was open so anyone can take the money. I tried to call in the same number but no response, it was reallocated a strange place and very bad experience. I still regret tp book that hostel.

- I didn’t like anything the room , location, toilet, pretty much everything, it’s one of the most boring hostel and I felt like a prison.

- Place was dirty and beds were broken. Place is also smelly.

- i booked a private room for 2 people with one big bed and big windows! and i came to the hostel after my flight to spend romantic weekend with my boyfriend whom i didnt see for a long time. First there were nobody in the hostel and i couldn't come in, thanks to a guy from the cafe downstairs who called him (i couldn't cos my sim card is not working in Serbia), then he came and asked my passport, made photo, showed me the bill (seems like everything is going to be fine, right), and then throw me "Oh, by the way, there is something broken in your room, and we will place you in another smaller room (with one small window) with 2 separated beds, hope it's not a big problem!". I was totally down, cos it seems like he hoped answer "oh, yes, you can charge that money for totally different and worse room changing all my plans with no problems!!!!". I was shocked he even didn't tell me the my room is not avaliable anymore before! not a day before, when i became broken, not in the morning in my arrival day, not even when the guy from the caffe called him!!!!

+ Personál bol velmi milí, ochotní poradiť.

- Ubytovanie čistá katastrofa, strašný neporiadok, plesnivé steny v izbe, plesnivá a špinavá kúpeľňa, izba vysávač nevidela asi nikdy. Strašný smrad v kúpeľni aj v izbe, okno v izbe sa nedalo otvoriť, ked sa otvorilo, následne sa nedalo zavrieť. Ubytovanie sa nachádza v centre mesta, všade okolo je stavenisko, parkovanie pre 2 autá stálo 15 €.

+ Good location and very comfy bed for the good points... Otherwise no kitchen and no common area to relax and meet other people, very narrow room and no functional lockers, close to busy road so very noisy at night. I cannot recommend this place .

+ È un ostello. Bisogna precisare meglio su la piattaforma.

- Tende sulle finestre rotte. Con buchi. La camera doveva essere con letto matrimoniale invece c’erano due letti separati. Camera piccola e con un odore di chiuso. Unica forse nota positiva era il bagno grande

+ Beds are soft. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly.

- On the night of March 21st, 2026, we had a LIVE CONCERT in the bar downstairs that lasted well after 1 AM. We could hear everything. No sleep was had that night. To make things worse, the emergency light is very bright and shines straight onto the beds. The shower water was barely lukewarm. I started to literally shiver when I finished. This is unacceptable for any hotel or hostel. The pillows are very thick and big so I couldn't sleep on them. The beds have no covers so you can't sit anywhere when you're wearing outdoor clothes. The "city view" is basically on a scrapheap. There were no "tea or coffee making facilities" in the room, only a single small kettle shared by the three floors of the hotel and 5 cups of questionable cleanliness. At least there were teabags. No drinking water, at all. No cooler or water filter. Towels are tiny, and there's only one per person, to be used for both hands and body. The corridors and stairs of the hotel are very narrow and barely enough for one person to pass. You'll struggle a lot with luggage if you have it. The bathroom has a single shelf for toiletries that's for some reason installed around 180 cm from the floor. The shelf itself is rusty. There's very little space near the sink for your toiletries, not even a hook to hang something. Also, there were wires sticking out of the wall, clearly unsafe.

+ Sve je bilo u najboljem redu. Vratićemo se ponovo. 😊

+ Pokój był mały, ale czysty, w dobrej lokalizacji i z osobnym miejscem parkingowym.

- Pokój był zbyt mały na 2 osoby, nie posiadał aneksu kuchennego ani nawet dzbanka do zaparzenia kawy lub herbaty.
