+ Perfect location, close to the airport and right next door to a lot of food options.
- I have been booked and charged twice by the hotel for the same stay. The hotel is refusing to refund. Overall, I do not recommend the hotel this behavior is appalling.
+ Location is good and easy to locate, but the shared cubicle has a bad smell inside

+ The only good thing about this property is the proximity to the airport.
- Our room was dirty, the sheets were not clean. The bathroom drain was not working properly and smelled. The noise level in the private room and outside was unacceptable.
+ Only the fact it was close to the airport
- Where do I start - No shower curtain so when you had a shower it flooded . Air conditioning didn’t work . Stains on bed sheets Carpet is filthy and in desperate need for a clean . The whole place smells .
+ The person who checked us in was great
- The bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the other people coming and going during the night was terrible

- The room is next to kitchen and lounge facilities, could hear the door slamming all night, not able to sleep well. It’s a disaster. I have stayed with Lylo many times, this is my first time encounter this problem. The door needs to be fix, too loud! And the wifi didn’t work. Fortunately I have my own data.
+ Close to airport
- Kitchen smelt bad, no signs to help on use of stuff, kitchen hot plates on stove top didn’t work, other plug in hot plates didn’t work. The room was empty apart from two single beds and one bedside desk. No chairs or table, no extra pillows blankets etc the bath room was like an old hospital combo toilet and shower. No soap. Toilet paper was near empty. Basic basic basic but I paid just $10-15 less than a room at Novotel which was closer and I can only assume far better!!

For the price paid this place was soulless. No greeting and active avoidance of the staff when I arrived and went to ask questions. The communal kitchen was filthy. Bins full, rubbish laying around. Best part was the wifi. Toilets are miles away from the rooms and the free baggage storage room was an open room that anyone could enter with bags strewn everywhere. No vibe / activities prompting community or meeting people.
It was decent, lots of people, not really socially though as it’s basically an airport hostel, people are either coming in or flying out. Lots of kitchen facilities and utensils and lots of free food as people leave behind. comfy common area lots of places to chill. Shower water was hot for maybe 5 minutes then goes to luke warm. Bed was private and comfy enough, bear in mind, people are always coming and going for their flights at random hours. Also some fast food places close by, Woolworths ...
super hostel for the airport - 10 mins walk. Next door to restaurants and Woolies. Comfy pods and lots of space to chill.
Very convenient for the airport - also appreciate the staff leaving a suggested route that’s quicker than google maps. A lovely common area too.
Perfect location for early flights. Around 10-15 min walk to the airport. Room was nice and the lounge area was cool. People at reception were extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend as a close stop for flights.
Would have thought a more pricey hostel would at least have hot showers! Very sad after a long day.
The only good thing for me was the location if you need to be at the airport. And the have a great common area. But a lot of small broken things in the bathroom, not that clean either. Kitchen wasn’t that clean. Sheets were washed but had a lot of stains on it. So in the end I thought it was quite expensive.
Good hostel! Capsule blinds blocked out almost all the light and there are fans in the capsules too. Hangout space is huge with lots of areas to lounge! The one drawback for me was no complimentary soap or shampoo in the showers - I didn’t check this before so didn’t have any. Location is great for an early airport departure - I walked there. Also within walking distance is a grocery and several restaurants. Overall recommend!

The set up is great, but compared to Lylo Auckland it falls short. Pod and locker were not entirely clean (pair of underwear found), the charging port is handy but bright light all night, even if nothing plugged in. Not enough cubbies for things in pod. Wi-Fi doesn’t work well. Bathrooms are good and kitchen facilities/hang out area great.
Staff very helpful and facilities were clean. Check-in was a breeze and the common area is very unique and great to hang out in. Within walking distance to the airport.
Other guests in dorms were extremely inconsiderate, packing bags and being incredibly noisy at all hours of the night. Sleep was absolutely impossible. The pods were extremely hot with no airflow making it very uncomfortable. I have canceled future bookings in June as I cannot risk having that terrible lack of sleep again when flying internationally. I understand there’s always a risk when staying in a hostel but that was by far the worst I have ever come across. Also very overpriced

+ La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto es ideal para quienes necesitan estar cerca por algún motivo, se puede llegar caminando fácilmente. La camas son cómodas, dentro de cada cubículo hay espacio para colocar objetos personales, toma corrientes y USB, lámpara y ropa de cama. El espacio común es bastante amplio, con cocina, muchas mesas, sillones, y algunos juegos. Los baños son amplios.
- Sería mejor si la ropa de cama estuviese colocada apropiadamente (está apilada sobre el colchón) En nuestro caso, llegamos por la tarde por la noche, y debimos hacer ruido para ordenar la camas. Las habitación era mixta de 8 personas.
