Aline Hostel

The property’s rating is way too high given the overall standard of the place and the location. The private room was really poorly constructed and had a shared bathroom. Oddly, the pillow cover did not cover the entire pillow. The blanket was extremely dusty and not washed in a while. I didn’t feel comfortable at night at all. I would go elsewhere in Chefchaouen.

The environment wasn't really comfortable. About breakfast I booked with that included but the manager say that because Ramadan they don't serve it, so I payed for something that I didn't receive. I didn't feel comfortable at all. I will not recommend this place.

Abbiamo speso una notte in ostello e ci trovavamo nella camera all’ultimo piano sulla terrazza, per questo l’abbiamo trovata molto rumorosa. I letti erano pietosi (materassi bucati, doghe mancanti, lenzuola sporche e bucate), la camera non aveva gli armadietti e non corrispondeva alla nostra prenotazione, le finestre non si potevano aprire perché bloccate dai letti e la pulizia degli spazi comuni era scadente. Le stanze erano molto calde e per questo abbiamo trovato persone che dormivano fu...

Pros: Location was good & breakfast was nice. Cons: Rooms were very crowded, moist and hot. One fan for 8 beds and no air conditioning. Found it a little weird that the workers were sleeping on floor. Property could use upkeep. also the front desk people told me wrong info about bus causing me to miss it.

Bon hostel, bien situé, cependant il faut savoir qu’il y a beaucoup de fumeurs (du moins en octobre) et que la terrasse n’est pas très propres (bcp de cendres) et il faut être à l’aise avec la fumée de cigarette ! Sinon très bonne localisation et équipe gentille

Cooles Hostel, um mit anderen Reisenden in Kontakt zu kommen. Auf der Dachterasse kann man super entspannen mit einem schönen Blick. Frühstück war lecker und Lage war gut. Nur die Schlafsäle fand ich etwas heruntergekommen. Es roch etwas muffig.

Very unimpressed with this hostel. The reviews made it seem like a great spot. We stayed 2 nights then moved to another spot in Chefchaouen. I think the glory days of this place might be over. Dirty and old dudes smoking hash in a circle vibes.

The Hostel was really good located to see the sunset on the hill and to visit the medina. The receptionist was really friendly and gave us some recommendations when we wanted to go out for dinner. The dorms were average and the breakfast was good. We only stayed for one night but there wasn’t really a social atmosphere so we didn’t meet any new people.

Beds are very hard, most rooms have PowerPoints near to the bed but not all. Rooms would benefit from having curtains on both lower and upper bunks. Breakfast is simple but good for the price. Rooftop was good for socialising. No lockers, only very small ones (think for passports). Bathroom was big, showers were good.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel is super social, all thanks to the rooftop terrace and all the lovely staff who work here. The location is very good and the facilities are perfectly fine! I would recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a social place with good vibes! Beware that there is a lot of smoking going on on the rooftop, so if that would bother you then this is not the right place for you.

Really good hostel, price-quality is perfect :) atmosphere was really good when we were there. Only the bottom bunks have curtains, so it would be nice if also the top bunks would have them :)

Fantastic location and comfortable bed! The owner is wonderful and extremely hospitable! Highly recommend this place for your stay!

The dorms were small and lacked privacy in some ways, the beds were really packed next to each other. But it’s good value for money for sure. The beds were a little stuffy and I’m not sure how often the blankets are washed. Good laundry prices- and breakfast is included!

The best hostel I have lived in Morocco! Nice breakfast with freshly made egg, tea and coffee. The staff is nice. The most important of all, the hot water is long enough to support a body and hair shower and free hairdryer available as well!

Aline hostel was overall a great experience for me. Bathrooms were clean and staff very friendly. The rooftop is a big upside because guests could meet up there in a nice environment. Price/quality was great. I really recommend.

Beautiful city, great hostel location. Super friendly atmosphere with welcoming staff. Breakfast was decent for the price. Bathrooms great but extremely slippery when entering after other guests, maybe a floor mat would prevent possible injury. Dorms were a good size. Kitchen facilities were very basic, and lacked essentials.

The location of the hostel is really good. It was not that expensive, so I guess it was an ok value for money. I personally thought that the vibe was a bit off. It was not a social hostel when I was there. Cleanliness was ok, but not perfect. My dorm had a strange smell, and I didn’t feel that comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Cooles Hostel. Es ist sehr sozial wenn man Leute kennenlernen möchte ist es super. Hostel ist relativ klein wenn man eine ruhige Ecke finden möchte ist es etwas schwierig. Zimmer sind hellhörig also immer ohrstöpsel dabei haben 😆 perfekte Lage

Great location close to center and many shops nearby. Taxi station is 25min walking distance. I would like to thank Islam for his kindness such a polite man. The night shift girl could be more courteous. She was arrogant and not smiling at all. She gives the impression that she is forced to work there. The upper bunk bed head was dusty.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage!

Molt bon hostel per visitar Chefchaouen com a motxiller. Tot i ser-hi a l'estiu, no vaig morir de calor. És espaiós, hi ha una terrassa gran on es troben els altres hostes, esmorzar inclòs, és fàcil fer-hi amics, i pots organitzar amb facilitat activitats com visitar les cascades/zona de bany d'Akchour o les plantacions d'hashish dels productors locals de la zona. Recomanable!

Notre séjour s’est bien passé ! Petit déjeuner inclus et délicieux, l’espace dans les chambres est restreint, mais confortable. Le hostel est bien situé, dans un quartier assez calme le soir. Le personnel est accueillant et aidant.
