While the staff was excellent and created a welcoming atmosphere at the reception and bar, the room quality did not meet expectations. The room was not clean, specifically featuring cockroaches on kitchen utensils which prevented us from using the facilities. Additionally, the walls had peeling plaster, no bath towels were provided, and the bathroom lacked a mirror. Compared to other apartments in the same facility, our unit was not of the same standard.

Absolutely pathetic experience. They cancelled my booking after my stay because they sensed that I was going to give a negative review. The staff behaviour was rude. I checked out in sour taste. Cleanliness, courtesy, service and professionalism is not in their dictionary. Arrogance probably is. I have stayed in many hostels across the world and can confidently say that this hostel doesn't even meet the basic standards.

Worst place to stay

This hostel was a mix of good and bad, the vibes in the evening were great and it was lovely to meet people. However, the toilet was really dirty and the hostel generally was not clean. The staff were not very welcoming and there were no facilities on offer. This is a good option if you aren’t too worried about cleanliness and want a good time and budget option!

Really fun if you’re wanting to party, socialise and meet people! However the rooms are small and cramped which means they’re a bit stinky, the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and the shower drain was blocked. Overall, fun for a short stay if you don’t mind living a bit rough!

Aardig personeel, leuke bar en prima lokatie. Onze prive kamer was tegenover het hostel, erg groot maar erg harde matrassen, fleece dekens, 80% lichtdoorlatend gordijn, mieren in de slaapkamer en 1 kakkerlak. Ik zou de accomodatie als privekamer niet aanbevelen, vooral vanwege het mindere slaapcomfort.

There is only two common toilet for more than 20 beds and it is in pathetic stage.it has to be cleaned atleast thrice a day.zero maintenance.. no bucket or no tissues.. There are cobwebs inside the hut.no proper light or a locker inside the hut/dormitory.. no safety at all.. even a roadside passerby can come n stay in d room no security check or receptionist ..actually we were staying along with few stray dogs inside the dormitory.

I hate to give less rating but the place isn’t clean. It’s not as comfortable either to sit outside. Beds shake heavily when you toss in sleep. This place needs renovation. Staff is amazing and very friendly Atmosphere is great to meet people. Music played is very good

Terrible place, full of dope heads. They don’t clean the rooms and the washrooms are even worse. I really wish they could improve this place…it’s in a real mess.

A great social hostel that was super easy to meet people and had very friendly staff! Vagator is a great location and has the beautiful Dream Beach just a 10 minute walk away. The hostel food was delicious and very reasonably priced and they put on various events each evening giving it a great overall feel. I would highly recommend! (Prices were more expensive but that was because it was over new year and so prices increased everywhere).

Amazing stay at Bucket List Hostel! Super friendly staff who make you feel at home instantly. Big shoutout to Bindu (always smiling), Jaggu (great personality, runs things smoothly and amazing at the bar), Sahil (his energy keeps the bar alive), and Bulbul—if anything goes wrong, just call him and he appears like magic. Rooms were great, plus a pool and gym. Best place in North Goa to meet people, enjoy great vibes and parties. Would 100% come back!

Probably the best hostel in Goa, so social and fun, you will not want to leave at all! Jagrit & Bindu made the stay so comfortable and they’re super accommodating and fun, would recommend for sure 🌟

Bucketlist has been one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. Bindu and Jagrit have been the most amazing hosts. The vibe they create at the hostel in unmatched. Would definitely recommend if you want your Goa trip to be unforgettable.

The place and vibe was amazing They have an open bar to sit and chat with strangers and hangout Made so any friends Best hostel to socialise and also to work as they have a pretty co-working space and they have a cafe which is super cute and with amazing book collections Would high recommend Thanks Bindu , jagrit,Sofia and nani for an amazing stay ❤️

If you are ever planning to visit Goa you should definitely come to bucket list hostel. This is my second time visiting and everything from the atmosphere to the guests and staff are what makes this place so special :)

Great staff, fun place to stay !

Amazing hostel, perfect for meeting people and partying. Super close to all the clubs, would 100% recommend. Only thing I’ll say is that you probably don’t want to stay here if you’re just trying to rest and chill

Third time I come and every time I like it a lot. It's easy to make friends with other travelers. Good food, nice people, good vibes. The staff is very nice and funny. This hostel for me is a reference point in Goa every time I come for psytrance parties. You feel like part of the hostel.

Great staff

Unique hostel with great crowds and with warm services. Crazy vibes, great music and great cocktails. Host great activities everynight and helps to vibe with guests.

Fantastic stay. Great vibes and would highly recommend. Had a short stay but would return if I ever come back to Goa. Shoutout to all the staff but especially Samridh who helped me with travel to the airport. I wish all staff members to be like him.

A vibrant place , very well located to various tourist destinations. A hearty welcome by Bindu who had answer to all our queries. Bustling with activities wherein good interactions are made. I would strongly recommend this place to experience a new way of vacationing. Thanks for all the warmth and hospitality.

The most legendary unique hostel I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. It’s a rite of passage to stay here. I recommend 1 solid week.
