Although the property itself was clean as were the facilities, the bedroom door did not lock and therefore we felt less comfortable during our stay due to the hostel being on a main street. Although the hostel said that the main door to the building locks in the evening until the morning between certain hours, this didn’t happen the doors remained open and accessible to anyone which added to unsafe feeling we had to our hostel room not locking.

Shocking service from the individuals at this place. The man who worked there seemed completely disinterested and unwelcoming. He initially sent us to the DIFFERENT location claiming that “they were full of rooms” and then at the next location was told that this was a mistake and to go back. He was completely unapologetic and seemed annoyed at us even. The room was not good for the price… been travelling for a while and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would not recomme...

It seemes like a good hostel, but when we got there they said something had happened to our booking and it was fully booked. They sent us to another hostel that was really bad. I think this is quite common and have happened to other people as well

Please avoid booking Transport via the Hostel, they will scam you over half the true cost.

Awful, private room didn’t have a window and had mould all over ceiling, AC didn’t work, no lamp in room so either pitch black or full blast lights on.

really disappointing. he tried to charge us 400000kip extra, when we asked why he dropped 200000kip no issues. he said they use their own exchange rate of 24000kip to 1 USD (the exchange rate is 21500kip). they overcharged us even taking their rate into account. our mattress was shocking, you could see the springs under the sheets, and they woke us up in the night when i rolled over. we got one single duvet for a double bed. there was a plaster stuck to the shower wall our whole stay.

The staff is polite but not friendly at all. When I paid if in Laokeep the rate was not the one from the day but what they decide. My bed had hair on it… people have little consideration for others guests and they are loud in the dormitory even after midnight. The place felt just disgusting. My first morning I have been awaken by a loud stump and a sound of someone puking in the bathroom this was 6 am. Atmosphere is weird the only good thing is probably the location

When I arrived hostel was closed, and there was a sign out front saying to go to another hostel.

We stayed in private room. It was top floor and absolutely boiling. There were no windows in our room and the air con was very poor, there was no fan, so we were so hot at night. The lamp also did not work. The staff were nice and location was good.

It's more expensive than other hostels outrightly. And for what? Poor amenities and location and staff. We get there, and when we go to pay, first they tell us we owe the full price of booking, not taking off what we already payed to book it online (14$). After discussing a bit and calling his manager, he agrees to let us pay what we owe, and then gives us a b.s. conversion rate when all sources state otherwise, which adds up to 10$ extra. They just want your money and don't care about your stay

I was in a 4 bed dorm, very comfortable bed, quiet hostel, close to the night market, clean, not much a place with social vibe but a great stop for a night.

Would really recommend. Great if you don’t want a party hostel. Rooms were clean, staff lovely and so accommodating. Great location. And good value for money!

The comfiest bed I’ve had in awhile, bathrooms were also really nice. Decent breakfast and a good atmosphere. People say it’s not overly social but I disagree depends who is at the hostel.

Nice hostel in the centre of Vientiane. Good location, clean. Not incredibly social but met a few nice people in my dorm. Free breakfast was average.

Beds were comfortable and good for a one night stay only, with lockers in the room. There was a weird atmosphere throughout the hostel, no social aspect, bathroom bins were overflowing, no bins in rooms but the free breakfast was good.

Petit Espace pour gros problème - l'air conditionné a fui sur mon sac toute la nuit. Pas de solution, pas d'excuses, je suis repartie bredouille avec un sac dégoulinant. Une seule toilette pour 16 personnes et lessive hors de prix. À part ça, hostel correct, très bien situé et calme.

Decent hostel with a lovely breakfast and good for one night in Vientiane. Toilets were pretty grim and there was no social atmosphere at all. They do offer free beer for a 5 star review though

This was a clean and modern hostel with comfortable beds and a good location. The bathrooms are nice and the beds have lockers and great curtains. The breakfast was good but was all variations of eggs so no good for vegans. Would recommend for somewhere comfortable and quiet in Vientiane.

It’s not terrible but I had ants in my bed.

Une nuit seulement pour changer de ville rapidement, ça dépanne mais c’est tout. Le breakfast devait être servit à 7:30, jusqu’à 8h en attendant mon pickup je n’ai pas vu le staff mais c’est pas très grave… les lits sont confortables en revanche

Great location (can walk to key attractions and night markets), tidy and friendly staff.

Good central location. Pretty quiet though no activities but a good bet for a couple of quiet nights in Vientiane.
