Unfortunately, I had to stay here. I immediately wanted to cancel the room when I saw it. They didn't do it. The rooms are terrible (I saw the other rooms too). There's no hygiene, the kitchen is awful, disgusting, I couldn't cook during my stay. The female manager constantly knocks on the door day and night, disturbing us with some excuse (other guests feel the same way). Besides being asked to pay the full price repeatedly even though I showed proof of a partial payment via Hostelworld Unfortunately I cannot recommend at all

If you want to get SCAMMED during your euro trip go ahead and book this place. They’ll OVERCHARGE you for everything. Please save your MONEY and TIME and go somewhere better. The volunteers are kind but the management there are thieves.

I stayed at this hostel during my trip to Nice and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. First, I accidentally booked a female-only dorm by mistake. Instead of simply moving me to a mixed dorm (which most hostels do without extra charges if space allows), I was forced to pay an additional €10 per night — €40 total — which I find completely unreasonable and not traveler-friendly at all. Second, if you arrive after 9 PM, you have to pay an extra €10 late check-in fee. F...

The people were very nice and inviting. But the mattresses and pillows were essentially made of plastic. They didn’t give you a blanket, just a top sheet, the bottom bars of my mattress were broken, when I looked underneath, it looks like they tried to fix it by taping a broken leg of a chair to the unbroken bars. Gross. Walked in and it smelled like S. They don’t speak good english. Was a girl sleeping in my room, apparently she works there? Ew. Don’t make my mistake, don’t go here.

there is nobody at reception, hard if you need somebody or you have questions, the rooms are not ok, it is expensive like other places but the services are Zero, also elevator was not working when I arrived, I cannot recommend this place at all, it is well located but nice is small; is better been 5 minutes more far than lose your time here.

the WORST hostel i've ever been to. it's outrageous that I paid 60 euros per night. ❌: the people at the reception didn't speak french at all, saw 2 MOUSES in the kitchen, room is small no air conditioning no curtains, not a social hostel there's no activities, the street is in a small alley at night there's weird people it's not a safe place only positive thing is that it's a 10 mins walk from the beach. don't go there it's not worth it I can't believe they got 9.1 stars. DON'T GO

Immediatamente dopo la prenotazione ho ricevuto una mail da parte della struttura in cui informavano che il prezzo indicato non era corretto (errore del server) e chiedevano eventuale interesse o cancellazione della prenotazione rendendo noti i costi per notte e per persona, corretti, del soggiorno. Rispondo dopo pochi minuti che avrei preferito cancellare la prenotazione. Nessuna conferma. Non ho ancora ricevuto i 30 € di anticipo nonostante le.chiamate e le rassicurazioni da parte loro.

Facilities weren’t the cleanest, communication with staff was not as clear as it should be, I had my time of arrival approved prior via email only for me to get there and no one be there. You get what you pay for with this one

Superbe hostel ! Très accueillant et familial ! Sa proximité du centre-ville est un grand avantage à ce prix là! Pensez bien à ramener un cadenas pour le casier et votre serviette.

I had an amazing stay at Open House. The beds were not great, but what they lacked was made up by the friendliness of the amazing host Val. She was simply the sweetest person in the entire world, which created a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I would def stay here again.

Un buen lugar para estar unos dias. Tranquillo y familiar. El personal muy amable y atento. Supercéntrico. Únicamente hay que estar atentos porque no hay nadie hasta las 15h para hacer el chekin y no puedes dejar la maleta hasta esa hora.

El hostel tiene un ambiente tranquilo, queda a 5 min de la playa y de la ciudad antigua y castillo. Muy amable la Recepcionista 10/10. Las instalaciones quedan en un edificio antiguo. Es excelente si piensas pasar unas pocas noches en Niza.

Very well located hostel. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned regularly. Free tea and coffee :D We felt at home here and fell in love with Nice! Hoping to return one day.

Killed 2 cockroaches in the room. Not very clean place. Beds were very creaky. No curtains on the windows, so lots of light in the room. Location is the only up side.

Nice Social Hostel, but not the cleanest...Free coffee was a plus. Unfortunately I found a bug in the bathroom one morning that someone else had killed...didn't think much about it. But then another day when showering I also discovered a live bug 🤢 that I had to squash...needs a deep cleansing and exterminator 😬

A small hostel, alright sized rooms with an ensuite, functional kitchen, friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, right near the beach, a second away from the tram line stop, a short walk to the main train station or tram ride, central to restaurants and stores. The hostel doesn’t enforce their 18-40yo age restriction so I did have a weird experience with an older guy. Not the most social hostel as there isn’t a common area other than the small kitchen but overall the good exper...

Loved it! I had a fantastic time! Landlord and staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Thank you everyone for everything!

Love the vibe and the people! Both the staff and people staying there. Very good location. Close to the beach and stores. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds were a bit unsteady but can’t complain about anything else! Would love to come back!

This place has everything you need, the staff are the most friendly that I’ve come across in my travels. The place has a cool relaxed and intimate atmosphere, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend.
