- No pude hospedarme allí, la ubicación está en una esquina que cruza 4 calles, no se especifica el número exacto, llamé al número que me dieron y la respuesta fue "somos nuevos y no tenemos atención después de las 9 pm, cancele la reserva" quedé tirado en un lugar que no conozco con mi madre y casi a media noche.
+ Lokalizacja (bardzo blisko centrum), spokojna okolica, cisza nocą, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa
- Pluskwy w łóżku/pościeli. Jesteśmy z żoną pogryzieni w wielu miejscach na nogach i rękach. Umywalka w pokoju, zamiast w łazience
I truly feel I have to warn other travellers about this. Despite booking my stay well in advance, upon my arrival the receptionist led me to a completely other hostel where “my reservation was”. I received no explanation as to why I was moved but followed her nonetheless (it was late). The new hostel was awful - mouldy bathroom, spotty wifi, ant infestation AND they charged me more money than the original booking. It is despicable that Marlon’s House treated a reservation like this.
+ O hotel é muito bem localizado e os quartos são confortáveis. Tínhamos 2 reservas em períodos diferentes, por isso conseguimos conhecer mais de um quarto (não são todos iguais). A equipe é prestativa e tudo estava muito limpo.
- Melhor não deixar seus pertences de valor dentro do quarto.
+ Nossa experiência no hotel estava sendo ótima, localização, funcionários prestativos, cama confortável e banho ótimo. Mas infelizmente tivemos problemas com nossos itens pessoais, o que acabou estragando nossa hospedagem e a viagem naqueles dias.

This hostel was not as expected! We arrived in the early morning and had to wait in the cold and not really comfortable common area. We were looking forward to the breakfast buffet you can see in the pictures - but it came pretty clear that the pictures show not at all the reality. Instead of a buffet there is only some plain bread, butter and jam. The staff was not that friendly and seemed to be annoyed when we had questions or problems, e.g. when the hot water (again) didn‘t work in our roo...

- No es un hotel y no te lo dicen ni te informan.
Considero que, tanto internamente como del exterior (que a los peruanos LES FASCINA TOCAR LA BOCINA), hay mucho ruido hasta avanzada la noche y desde la madrugada. En mi ducha el agua caliente iba y venía, así que ducharme se complicó un poco. El personal es muy amable.
I think that, both internally and externally (which Peruvians LOVE TO PLAY THE BOWL), there is a lot of noise until late at night and from dawn onwards. in my shower the hot water came and went, so showering got a little complicated. the staff is very friendly.
I would NOT recommend this hotel, and will NOT stay here again. I booked for a night, and asked them if I could check in earlier because I'd go very early in the next morning to Macchu Picchu, and if I could have breakfast for the same day, they said it was ok. When I got there, the receptionist looked like she was doing me a favor, and didn't give me a key to the room (the room smelled bad and had no windows). The other room had nasty STAINS on the blanket and the balcony door didn't close!

+ Las instalaciones, baño, desayuno y el lugar.
- Nos toco una habitación que estaba cerca de la recepción y un living, se escuchaba las charlas de grupos de personas y poca señal de la wifi en la habitación.
+ Aufgrund von wasserproblemen wurden wir in das Afma Hotel umgelagert. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, hat ebenfalls einen tollen Innenhof, alles sehr modern. Zimmer ist etwas kleiner, aber alles was man braucht. Die Dusche war super und sehr warm. Wir konnten auch unsere Wäsche hier abgeben für 6 Sol pro Kilo. Rucksäcke können ebenfalls umsonst gelagert werden.
- Das wlan in unserem Zimmer funktioniert leider nicht gut und Netz hat man auch keins. Da wird aber wohl gerade dran gearbeitet:)
+ Der Innenhof ist sehr schön und das Hotel dadurch sehr ruhig und man bekommt von der Straße nichts mit. Zimmer geräumig und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Da wir am nächsten Tag um 4 Uhr morgens los mussten , haben wir am Vorabend noch ein Frühstückspaket mitbekommen. Unsere Rucksäcke konnten wir auch umsonst dort lassen.
+ Tutto perfetto, struttura pulita e confortevole. Colazione varia e buona e proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno conservato le valigie nei vari spostamenti (abbiamo fatto quattro prenotazioni!). Tutto perfetto, la nostra casetta in Perù.

- -Habitación pequeña con mal aislamiento, con lo que hacía frío. -El baño estaba separado de la habitación solo por un cristal. -En el pago del alojamiento tienen un cambio a soles muy alto, por lo que acabamos pagando más de lo que inicialmente reservamos en Booking.
+ Das Personal war sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. anfangs hatten wir Probleme, das haus zu finden. Es ist sehr unscheinbar. Innen wunderbar, mit kleinem Garten und schönen Innenhof.
- Es war ein wenig kalt. die kleine Heizung hat es nicht geschafft, den Raum wirklich warm zu bekommen, da es sehr zugig in dem alten Haus ist.

- They insisted on a mandatory 10% service charge, which was apparently hidden in an email somewhere - and said it was too late to change the booking so I must pay that
