This place was nice but way overpriced and not very functional. The interior is fresh/new and VERY clean, and the kitchen/lounge were cute, but the free luggage storage offered is a shelf in an unlocked room off of the lounge. With unsecured main door, anyone could wander in until 11pm. For the entire hostel, there were only 4 showers (3 co-ed downstairs with very small stalls) and a private shower/toilet room upstairs. The bedding was very poor quality, female dorm very small and stuffy.
Nice hostel in a good location but not very social
Grotesk hoher Preis wird nicht durch peinliche Sauberkeit.,moderne Sanitäreinrichtungen und geräumige Zimmer wett gemacht.
For the price, not worth it. If you're looking for a hostel with an atmosphere this isn't the place. Also found the beds to be really uncomfortable (mattresses too soft)
Only hostel iv ever been too without 24/7 reception or an emergency contact number. I’d recommend somewhere else.
I have no idea why this hostel is so expensive. The rooms are very basic with cheap metal bunks. The bathrooms are very small. Overall the actual location is very cool. The communal spots are great- quite beautiful. They have absolutely no activities so good luck meeting anyone. I’m not sure why they don’t engage with those staying in their hostel especially considering how expensive their hostel is. I am also disappointed about parking. I emailed in advance asking where I could park overni...
Only stayed one night, but the room was clean and secure. Had a safe for your bed and plenty of storage. Cute little kitchen, but probably too small for more than one person to be cooking at a time.
Great location, place clean and tidy. My mattress had an odour. My “issue” was the girl in the reception. First day she helped with my booking and was very nice about it,next day I asked if they had a spare shower gel as mine finished and I would be flying so I didn’t wanna buy a full bottle and the way she looked at me was as if I killed someone and her tone was very weird. I didn’t get much sleep on the account a lot of people kept coming all hours and one of them smelled bad!
A bit expensive but otherwise a pleasant stay. The Tapas bar on the other side of the street was amazing
I stayed in a private room The pros: -Location is pretty good with lots of shops and bars nearby -comes with a shared kitchen which was very clean and had everything i needed -good security measures with a locked door before entering the main floor However , my room didnt feel clean as it smelled musty and the window was a bit difficult as it didnt seem to close properly. There was only one bathroom shared with other couple rooms on the floor. Overall a bit expensive for what you get

I spent two nights in a group room at the Bazpackers hostel in Inverness, Scotland. The location was great. Only a 10 minute walk to the city center. Maybe 15 to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. They looked upp the bus schedule and train times to help me figure out the best way to get to the airport. It was definitely secure. Both the facility, and the rooms. I was not concerned about either. I would stare there again if I go to Inverness.
Incredibly clean and comfortable property. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to sleep, I just wished it was a bit more social as its quite hard to meet other travelers in Inverness and there was no events organized by the hostel.
Overall, the property was quite nice. It just sit next to a pub and you like music some nights, but that’s did not bother me. I enjoy listening to it in my room in my bed. The location was great. The only issue I really is the laundry. I hate being way around for a couple of hours to do laundry or do laundry between these hours. That is me doing laundry before I depart every time overall no issues with nobody.
Very expensive for a hostel, but worth the price. I really enjoyed my stay.
One of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Great kitchen and high quality beds too!
The hostel is clean, modern and good equipped. It is unfortunate that the hostel consists of two buildings, so we had to go outside and around the tavern to get to the common room. The common room is very small but cosy with a stove. We really missed hostel events. There was no real opportunity to socialise with others. The staff were friendly. We had a double bed, which was very narrow for two people, and with a duvet, one person was always cold. The location of the hostel is great.
Great place to stay ☺️
I personally loved this hostel. It’s not that social, but very relaxing place to be. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it
It was amazing!!! Comfortable and beautiful! When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a comfortable cozy fire and a warm smile. Met many wonderful people with open hearts and minds from both the travellers passing through, as well as the staff. The view from the garden terrace overlooking the city was mystical underneath the moonlight. The rooms were immaculate and the staff kind and knowledgeable of surrounding areas. You would be missing out if you didn’t choose to stay here.
More like a hotel than a hostel! Great facilities and exceptionally clean only thing lacking was the social aspect but maybe because we were in a separate building!
Basic hostel located centrally. Rooms were clean/beds had curtains which was good. Heating was broken - had heaters in the room but made it stuffy and common area not nice to sit with the builders drilling etc throughout the day. Small kitchen/common area (room for only 6 people). No events going on so hostel felt very empty (in fairness it was out of season) but hard to meet people. A decent stay for 2-3 nights but wouldn’t say you need longer to explore Inverness.
Nice place lovely location: Very cosy homely atmosphere would definitely come again
Excelente hostal, muy cómodas las habitaciones. El personal es amable y está bien ubicado.
Great Hostel to stay in. Close to the downtown, public transport and quiet area of Inverness. Great staff that were very friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Common area had a shared kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar. Hostel was very clean, and cozy. They offer free luggage storage area before and after check out which was very handy pre-travels before and after check in/ check out. Would love to come stay again!
Good atmosphere and facilities. The staff is friendly and takes good care of the guests.
Nicest hostel kitchen ever!! Loved my time here. Very cozy and quiet. The free laundry was also so amazing and the staff were lovely. Only suggestion would be to improve the water pressure in the showers. I struggled to set the temperature in the electric shower upstairs but this might have been user error haha! Will gladly stay again
Amazing hostel. Would highly recommend. Great location right next to the castle and museum. The dorms had curtains and lockable lockers. All the facilities were squeaky clean. Only thing was that the kitchen was super small and crammed and you constantly feel like you’re in people’s way. For the amount of people staying there and rooms available the kitchen could have been a bit more spacious. But such a small fault I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Invern...
