BED BUGS ON MY BED!! Easily the worst hostel I’ve stayed in after discovering a bed bug in my bed. I should have realised after another girl in my dorm was itching - I had told the staff and their solution was to move me to a similar room and then have have me move back to the same bed the next night!! Only after checking out early did they offer me a night in a hotel with a private room and en-suite however this rooms bathroom was infested with drain flies.

- Meidän piti majoittua ystäväni kanssa täällä. Huoneessa oli selviä merkkejä luteista, joten emme uskaltaneet majoittua siellä ja lähdimme sieltä pois. Henkilökunta hoiti asian todella huonosti.

- The staff especially the female staff that wears specs her name starts with E at the receptionist and another female staff that is short, both of them very rude, when I ask them question politely, they didn't even smile or showing friendly, why? They don't even wana look at my face and just shaking head? What kind of staff u guys hiring? I'm going to write in Facebook! I asked for beach towel the female staff was rude and warned me with high tone. Hello please learn from LUb d Patong they're amazing! Because I am a woman, these woman smile and so friendly with white men only, I saw the double standard! I'm from Malaysia and we are not as fake as the staff, please change your staff especially the short female staff,, they are so fake and only nice to white men, please show some respect and friendliness to all tourist. I like the male receptionist that works at night he is very kind.

- Nuisance sonore du matin au soir ( Clim / frigo / porte qui claque fort / gens dans la piscine jusqu’à tard le soir ) et responsable qui fait rien pour vous et n’est pas à l’écoute ( merci à booking d’avoir agi )

+ Total disgrace. I thought i was reserving private room, but system gave me shared room with woman. When i came after my 24h flight with no internet ect, they told me they could not give me another room, i cannot sleep in a room i booked and refused to give me my money back. Lady at the reception was very unhealpful and mean. When i was trying to deal with this situation with booking, one operator turned call down after 4 min of explaining, so i had to call again and it costed me additional 25$.

+ Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Während meines Aufenthalts wurden meine privaten Sachen aus meinem Spind entfernt und durchsucht – ohne meine Erlaubnis! Die Begründung war, dass man dachte, die Sachen gehören noch einem früheren Gast. Aber warum, bitte schön, muss man dann meinen Rucksack durchwühlen? Das ist ein absoluter Eingriff in meine Privatsphäre und in keiner Weise zu rechtfertigen. Zum krönenden Abschluss habe ich beim Check-out höflich darum gebeten, dass man kurz überprüfen könnte, ob meine Bluse noch im Zimmer liegt. Doch plötzlich wurde mir erklärt, dass man dies aus "Privatsphäre-Gründen" nicht machen könne. Ironischerweise scheint die Privatsphäre also dann zu gelten, wenn es dem Hotel passt – aber bei meinen persönlichen Dingen nicht. Dieser Vorfall hat mir das gesamte Erlebnis verdorben. Wer hier bucht, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass der Umgang mit den Gästen alles andere als respektvoll ist. Absolut enttäuschend!

Great central place to explore Old Town and surrounding attractions in Phuket. Rooms had private lockers and 24 hr reception so it was very secure. Small common area/shared facilities but it had everything I needed - free breakfast and Indy night markets outside were convenient!
The cleanliness was like a breath of fresh air. Friendly staff, location was great. Well worth what I paid. I highly recommend
The hostel is very nice and clean! I love the pool area and breakfast! Great location since its close to the Pier!

Las instalaciones son muy lindas, el ambiente es chill, está muuuy agusto, solo la cama me pareció muy dura 🥲 pero en general todo muy bien, limpieza bien, personal amable, la ubicación super bien tomando en cuenta que al día siguiente tomaba el ferry, cerca del puerto, afuera hay un mercadillo muy cute ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The facilities are very nice, the atmosphere is chill, it's very August, only the bed seemed very hard to me but in general everything very well, cleaning well, friendly staff, the location super well taking into account that the next day I took the ferry, near the port, outside there is a very cute mercadillo ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay for Old Town. Very clean, amazing facilities and good value for money. Good location right in the old town and feels very safe (doors all locked). Not really a social atmosphere though.
