+ Worst experience owner was rough in language taken extra money not provided heater the app has to take strict measurements otherwise no body will book from booking app i suggest other tourist not to book this house boat strongkey. I have taken this boat for 2 days but left in one day and booked other hotel from oyo.

The property is good. But the problem is they won’t allow to lock the door and they will trespass your room whenever you are not there. Even though nothing went gone missing we feel our personal things are un***e.

The accommodation is really peaceful, close by, but away from the buzz of the city. I also did the great lakes trek via the hostel, which was an amazing experience. The nature was stunning, and although it was a bit difficult to obtain the permit everything during the trek was arranged really well. The only downside was that I felt a bit pressured to book with them when arriving the first day, but to be honest I am glad I did. Hopefully you will enjoy it as much as I did.
+ We had a wonderful time at New World. Aamir was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. They have a boat that takes you from the ghat to the property, and they were always ready to ferry us whenever needed. The room was beautifully arranged and spotlessly clean. Plus, they offer to arrange Shikhara rides and cars at very reasonable rates.
- There were some power outages at night, and it got a bit hot and stuffy without the fan, but that was due to the weather. Other than that, we had no issues at all.

+ Amir is a dynamic and young host. Is there for any assistance. You sent the cab for pickup from railway station and sense the pickup boat from the banks to the houseboat anytime you wanted. He has a dedicated dining hall and a big hallway where you can sit in relax and at least it doesn't people can chit chat peacefully. He has cab service that takes you to wherever you want. The new houseboat is strategically located near the beginning of the Dal lake. Be had an excellent stay.
- The boat house is parked in the second line not visible from main Dal lake.

Feroz, Muhammed and Kurshi's generosity and hosting really touched me - I will never forget my time with them in Srinagar. from the bottom of my heart, thank you

It was an amazing experience! Feroz and his staff are so welcoming. It was not only a space / room to stay, but also transport and dinner to all over the places we wanted to know. It was apart from hostel World but a very fair price.
House Boat Royal Lodge is run by a kind family. They serve good food, have clean rooms and are very helpfull. The boat lays in a beautiful spot in Dal Lake. They will help you with getting to land and pick you up when needed. I can really recommend the place!

+ Both brothers (Nasir bhai and Amir bhai) were very helpfull, decent and caring as well, it was a pleasant staying experience of 4 days for me and my wife. Hot water, Hot cofee, Hot tea always reached within 10 mins after ordering that was an excellent service provided by them as well. Food was also affordable and delicious, Geyser and bed heater service was also impressive in such low electric region, which is also appreciable. They also used to book cabs for us at reasonable rate. Overall highly appreciable service provided by them, which is really speechless. I will definitely refer my friends and families to stay at HB New world.
- There is nothing negative i have seen in this property.
+ Visited there in month of November 24 and stayed for one night with my family.. location was good, food were not available inside the boat but tea, coffee were available. They have provided us boat to go out for market on free of cost.. overall nice stay.. recommended for the family without any concern. Value for money!!!
