- Es un alojamiento en unas condiciones lamentables. El alojamiento está sucio, los muebles rotos y hay moho en el techo del baño. Es un alojamiento que no cumple unos mínimos saludables. Este alojamiento debería estar cerrado. Hemos tenido que cambiar de alojamiento, tras mucho discutir tanto con Booking como con los del alojamiento. Booking encima dice no hacerse cargo de que no sea un alojamiento insaluble... Una vergüenza por parte de ambos.
+ La ubicación
- La limpieza . Había moho en la ducha, se salía el agua del techo y nos caía encima y mojaba todo. Lo reclamamos varias veces en los 5 días que estuvimos y nadie lo arregló..De hecho el último día ni siquiera limpiaron la habitación y no teníamos agua caliente
- Mold-like something growing in the shower. Room service was fake, never changed towels, never vacuumed. Couldn't close the window, so had to listen to the street noise in the night. Extreme disrepair of everything.

+ Nulla assolutamente negativa l’esperienza il personale poco disponibile e spesso irriverente quando abbiamo chiesto qualcosa ad esempio di spegnere i termosifoni e dopo molteplici richieste lo hanno rotto e siamo stati 3 giorni con l’acqua in camera con loro strafottenza
- Tutto, nella camera c’era puzza di cibo di fumo è’ stata invivibile e non abbiamo dormito, siccome non corrispondono le foto né la descrizione né niente mi rivolgerò al l’autorità garante per il cliente e al mio legale e chiederò risarcimento a Booking - dopo tanti anni non mi era mai capitata un’esperienza così negativa
+ Sol sal pas nettoyer, poussière au plafond de la chambre présence de trace de punaise de lit sur le matelas et les draps.

+ 良い点はなにもない。
- まず、Booking.comで掲載されてる写真と実際が全く違う。エレベーターもない。空港からホテルまでの送迎をホテルを介して予約したが、実際に空港に着くと、予約がされていなくて30分以上待った。また、ホテルには送迎代片道50€と言われたが、それを送迎のスタッフに言うと実際は40€だからそれは高いと言われた。 ホテルに着いてチェックイン後、スタッフが部屋まで案内してくれたが、すでに客がいる部屋に通されて部屋で寝ていた客にスタッフがキレられていた。この時点でホテルを変えたかった。3泊の予定だったが、2日目にホテルを変えた。今までで1番最悪のホテルだった。

Mükəmməl bir təcrübə idi mənim üçün. Daha əvvəl heç hosteldə qalmamışdım, burdaki işçilərin gülərüzlülüyünü və qonaqpərvərliyini gördükdən sonra mütləq yenə gəlməyi düşünürəm. Mərkəzi lokasiyası da turistlər üçün çox yaxşı bir seçənəkdi.Bosfor boğazı mənzərəsinə qarşı səhər yeməyi təcrübəsi də çox yaxşı idi. Otaqlar da təmiz və yaxşı vəziyyətdə idi. Tövsiyyə edirəm! Azərbaycandan salamlar!
Очень понравился данный хостел, до них поменял три отеля. вкусная еда, просто суперский коллектив, дружелюбный. На терассе нереальный вид на Босфор. Интересные конкурсы устраивают ребята. Отдельная благодарность Нихату
We had a great time at Cheers Lighthouse. It felt clean, safe, it was in a great location, and all of the staff were so friendly, especially Ege. They also had a very good breakfast! Wish we could’ve stayed one more night to join the pub crawl

Rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce birkaç kez düşünmenizi tavsiye ederim. Ücreti önceden alınmış rezervasyonunuzla gittiğinizde bile, “Şu anda yerimiz yok” denilerek mağdur edilebilir ve ortada bırakılabilirsiniz. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before making a reservation here. Even if you arrive with a fully paid reservation, you may still be told that there is no availability and be left stranded without any proper assistance.
Giderseniz kesinlikle pişman olacağınız bir denem arayanlar için birebir.
The best party hostel I have stayed so far!! The free open buffet breakfast was amazing as well as the seaview rooms. The boat party was banger🤙🏻 Many thanks to ege!!

It’s an amazing place al the staff is awesome specially Nihat make me feel at home, it’s close to the theistic areas so calm no noise to being in Istanbul i definitely recommend it

Ich war drei Nächte im Mehrbettzimmer und hatte einen guten Aufenthalt- Genau so muss ein Hostel sein. Freundliche Mitarbeiter die gerne bei allem behilflich sind. Coole Events abends, sodass man schnell als Alleinreisender jemanden kennen lernt. Es ist eine coole Location das Hostel liegt sehr zentral. Preis Leistung war unschlagbar. Ganz sauber war es nicht, im Badezimmer für mehrere Bewohner hätte ich mir 1x am Tag eine Reinigung gewünscht. Frühstück, Aussicht auf der Terrasse wunderbar...
I absolutely loved my stay here, the people at reception were unbelievably welcoming. This was my first time at a hostel and I have already planned to come back. Ocean views and breakfast in the morning. What more could you want!!
Great hostel, Ege the manager was very helpful.
The hostel has a great location and is very convenient for exploring the area. It’s clean, well maintained and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The people are lovely and evenings organized by Tamara made it easy for everyone to connect and feel comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and served in a nice, cozy atmosphere, which was a great start to the day.

Great hostel and amazing staff! Helped me out with a sensitive situation with another guest and helped move me to another room, very understanding and lovely to chat to every day! Highly recommend, good location and free breakfast :)
Such a cool hostel! amazing breakfast, balcony, and beds- everything was perfect. So many cool events running every night and such nice volunteers/staff. Couldn’t recommend enough.
