+ Dirty , lack of equipment , super noisy i did not like anything.
- Everything was bad very noisy like literally You can’t sleep , no gel hand cleaning , dirty floors and toilets , everything was bad and when i went to the hotel they did not find a room for me that i already paid and reserved , after waiting for time there , they got no choice but to give me a separate room …

- It was super dirty , the toilets were with no toilet paper , no gel hand cleaning The rooms are super noisy , l don’t think there isolation between the walls . If someone talks you can hear as if he is sitting next to you … I was there with my reservation and all the rooms were full , how can you get paid by double people , the guy in the reception did not understand what to do , eventually they had to give me a seperate solo room because there was no choice after making me wait for so long … It was the worst hostal experience i ever had

- Je n'ai malheureusement pas dormi de la nuit L'hôtel fait également boîte de nuit et c'est horrible ça s'entend jusque dans les chambres Tremblements des murs et des fenêtres, bruit insupportable Inadmissible vu le prix de la chambre impossible de dormir Dangereux quand on reprend la route le lendemain !!!
+ aesthetically, the breakfast area was at least appealing, as was the view outside my window. But nothing about the room was likable in the least.
- when I arrived, there was no one at reception. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and see me. there is no free luggage storage area, just a room where, at your own risk, you can leave your stuff. my room was basic. The television was difficult to understand. Breakfast was minimalistic. and the price of all this was absolute daylight robbery - I can’t remember exactly, but something like €250 for a one night stay. Luckily, I was travelling for work, but I was absolutely shocked at how such a low standard place could command such high prices. The reason being of course that the Strasbourg Christmas market turns hotels into rapacious money making operations.

- Au départ tout était nickel, et vu que j’ai aimé Strasbourg, j’avais même l’intention de revenir au même établissement, mais ils m’ont gâché mon séjour au dernier jour, je suis sortie le matin tranquille en laissant mes affaires dans la chambre, je visitais les villes autour, et à mon retour à l’auberge, j’essaie d’ouvrir la porte de la chambre, elle veut pas, une nana est sortie de la même chambre, je lui ai posé la question comme quoi je ne sais pas pourquoi ma carte ne fonctionne pas, et là à ma surprise elle me répond que déjà la chambre est au complet, je descends voir le monsieur à la réception et effectivement qqn a supprimé la resa et ils m’ont donné un autre lit, et j’étais obligé de partir à l’ancienne chambre pour ranger mes affaires, j’avais l’impression qu’on me chasse de la chambre comme si je restais gratos, j’avais vraiment les boules, mais je voulais pas en faire une histoire parce que je quittais tôt le matin et c’était ma dernière nuit. La gestion laisse vraiment à désirer, je recommanderai pas cet établissement parce qu’aujourd’hui vous avez votre chambre demain ça peut être non. Je reviendrai jamais

- La luz de la cama no se apagaba completamente, toda la noche con luz, muy molesto; no pude dormir nada bien. No hay taquillas individuales en las habitaciones compartidas, todas las mochilas y maletas por el suelo tiradas, si quieres taquilla privada hay en la recepción por un precio de 5€/día. El desayuno NO MERECE LA PENA, un precio excesivo por solo un poco de pan con mantequilla y mermelada, algo de yogurt y cereales, no hay nada proteico como huevos, el café que se incluye es aguado, si quieres un café de cafetera, lo cobran a parte… Por ultimo los precios son variables según la disponibilidad. Reservé una cama en habitación compartida de 6 personas y me costó 71€ (desayuno incluido) y uno de los compañeros de habitación por la misma cama había pagado solo 23€ (reservando con unas semanas de antelación)…

- El olor a sudor y suciedad y comida que hace la entrada y pasillos . Los colchones son penosos y las almohadas son papel de fumar . Me dan una habitación doble se supone con una litera y el wc abajo . Horrible no me ha gustado nada y no recomendaría , encima me costó carísimo para ser como una residencia de estudiantes . El desayuno pésimo .

Assez déçue par mon séjour. Les chambres sont bien mais le reste n'est pas à la hauteur, en particulier les sanitaires. Douches peu éclairées, pas de pomme à douche amovible, une galère quand on n'a pas prévu de se laver les cheveux, pas de sèche-cheveux à disposition. Peu de choix au petit déjeuner avec un réapprovisionnement aléatoire. L'une des jeunes femmes de service gagnerait à être plus aimable. Lockers payants inadmissibles, c'est la 1re fois que je vois ça
Det var flera skolklasser där samtidigt som oss och de hängde i korridoren utanför rummen och var högljudda på kvällen. Utöver att de var störiga var det mysigt och fräscht.
Great place to stay.
Es muy lindo pero en nuestra pieza había una rata y nos mandaron a cambiar de habitación, al día siguiente habían 5 ratas. Además tuvimos problemas con una señora francesa que nos insultó por no hablar francés.
Une auberge pas chaleureuse, ce qui compte c'est le profit que l'on peut faire derrière. Lockers payants et surcharge si le temps est écoulé. Espaces communs salles, douche de "vestiaires", lumière qui ne fonctionnent pas dans les Bunks beds. Pas de réel espace pour se poser, hormis celui du café qui est aussi un espace de co-working et un café pour les personnes extérieures à l'hôtel donc pas de places pour se poser. Hôtel sans cuisine et frigo à disposition minuscule.
A hostel not warm, what matters is the profit you can make behind it. Locker rooms pay and surcharge if time is up. Common areas rooms, shower "locker rooms", light that doesn't work in the Bunks beds. No real space to lie down, except for the cafe which is also a co-working space and a café for people outside the hotel so no places to lie down. Hotel without kitchen and fridge with tiny disposal.
Tolles Hostel, schöne Nachbarschaft, nette Mitarbeitende und und und… nur zu empfehlen!!! Der gammlige Teppich im Flur könnte ersetzt werden und 2-3 Ablage- oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Zimmer angebracht werden, aber das ist nörgeln auf hohem Niveau. Werde gerne wiederkommen!!!
Great hostel, nice neighborhood, nice staff and and and... just to recommend!!! the old carpet in the hallway could be replaced and 2-3 storage or hanging facilities in the room could be installed, but that is nörgeln on a high level. welcome back!!!
Tolle Atmosphäre, super Lage und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Die Betten (unter und neben den Matratzen), sowie die Anlagen waren recht staubig. Ansonsten war ich mit der Sauberkeit zufrieden und würde das Hostel wieder buchen. 😌 der wohl wichtigste Punkt: es ist leise! Auch mit geöffnetem Fenster. Absolut gut zu schlafen.
Great atmosphere, great location and very friendly staff! the beds (under and next to the mattresses), as well as the facilities were quite sturdy. otherwise i was satisfied with the cleanliness and would book the hostel again. 😌 the probably most important point: it is quiet! also with open window. absolutely good to sleep.

Terrible experience. My bike bags were stolen within minutes—no warning about risks and no reply to my email about bike storage. Another guest had items stolen from the unsecured luggage room, accessible to anyone. Staff were rude and dismissive; I waited 40 mins to check in after being told the receptionist was ‘on break’. No atmosphere, cold and antisocial, and I was charged more for a worse dorm when extending. Poorly run, unsafe, and not recommended.

La habitación para 6 y los baños compartiros estas muy bien. Uno defecto es que la cama hacia un poco de ruido cuando te movías. La ubicación no está mal pero de la estación de trenes no es muy cerca aunque se puede ir caminando.
The room for 6 and the shared bathrooms are very good. one drawback is that the bed made a little noise when you moved. the location is not bad but the train station is not very close although you can walk there.
le camere non sono dotate di armadietti o dei luoghi dove poter lasciare in modo più custodito gli zaini e le valige, rendendo il tutto un po' caotico. letti comodi con molto spazio per lasciare per oggetti di piccola taglia. Bagni non pulitissimi, come le docce degli uomini e non tutte disponibili. comunque l'esperienza discreta, personale cordiale e atmosfera molto vivace. ottima l'ubicazione
the rooms are not equipped with lockers or places where you can leave your backpacks and suitcase more securely, making it a bit chaotic. comfortable beds with plenty of room to leave for small-sized items. not very clean bathrooms, such as the men's shower and not all available. however the discreet experience, friendly staff and very lively atmosphere. excellent location

Lärm bis und Getrampel bis weit nach Mitternacht, da waren viele Schulklassen ansonsten ok für eine Nacht, nicht wircklich eine soziale atmospäre…

I have stayed at the property 2 weeks back, and I must say, I got the same experience as expected. Lively vibe, clean rooms, clean washrooms. Great experience in total. Recommend people to book it for your next travel.

Only the showers were too cold for me, as you can't regulate the temperature.
All in all, the hostel is fine. However, some things could use some improvement. + The staff was very nice and helpful + Beds are comfortable and offer a good amount of privacy + Location is very good, within walking distance of the sights to see - The hostel feels more like a hotel with dorms, and socializing is very difficult - The bar attached to the hostel has events, which is nice, but that also means that it is very loud - One of the beds that I booked did not have fresh bed sheets
