Freehand Miami

The Miami Freehand is an amazing place to be! Beautiful landscaping and supportive community that enables you to enjoy. Many parts of property for peace and privacy. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing. Thank you so much!

They'd get a higher review if one of the housecleaners showed some hospitality. Why if I'm going into a public space are you yelling at me? Why are you lying to my face saying something is broken when it's not? Why are you on your phone during work? If you do not speak English that's not an excuse...you still can speak with respect in Spanish. Other than that I stayed at the freehand in Chicago, which is why I decided to stay at this one. It's pretty nice, love the pool, but feels constaining.

Camas cómodas, pero se veía el polvo en las literas (en la madera). Los baños muy limpios. En las noches ponen musica muy fuerte de 7 pm a 12:30 am la cual no deja dormir, es un ambiente de fiesta. El viernes la música es muy fuerte, el sábado o ya me había acostumbrado o fue un poco mas baja, el domingo estaba a un ruido agradable (aunque hubiera preferido que no hubiera musica). Hicimos late check out y fue una maravilla! Lo recomiendo ampliamente, solo la musica es el problema!

The rooms were not clean. The floors in the room had a lot of dirt on them. The window of the restroom was literally open to other buildings.

El lugar es muy bonito, siempre está limpio y huele muy bien, la comida es muy buena, la cockteleria de los bares 10 de 10, el personal siento que puede cambiar un poco su actitud hacia los huéspedes ese fue mi único detalle pero freehand Miami realmente es una excelente experiencia y es fácil de llegar hasta en transporte público en una ciudad tan grande, extraño mi cuarto

TERRIBILE, state alla larga da questo posto. Personale scortese. Sono arrivato alle 11 di mattina e hanno aspettato fino alle 19 per dirmi che mi avevano dato la stanza sbagliata (dormitorio femminile) e che quindi avrei dovuto reimpacchttarenthtte le mie cose e cambiare stanza. Al check out non hanno voluto tenermi i bagagli, con la scusa che tutto l’hotel era impegnato da un evento privato, quando in realtà poi tutti lasciavano i propri bagagli (ce n’erano almeno 200 in deposito).

I think the establishment is well located and correct. It’s complicated to reach them by phone, I still haven’t gotten back my $50 deposit after more than a week.

I made so many friends here! Food was kind of expensive at the hostel, but I recommend going to Triton Supermarket behind the hostel. Very close to the beach and a great atmosphere.

Freehand Miami was an excellent hostel! Very clean and great vibes. Even better it’s only two blocks from the beach! They lend beach towels and beach chairs to guests. Several food options and coffee/ bakery nearby as well. We enjoyed the two bars/ restaurant on site as well. We stayed in a private room so it was more like a hotel, but folks staying in the hostel all seemed to be getting friendly with one another in common areas. They also offer a late check out (3pm) for additional cost.

Showers need improvement. And some of the staff are unfriendly

It was an amazing experience! Since the first moment the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was so beautiful and clean. I really liked it. The bed was so comfortable and you feel private in your bedroom. The facilities were so nice. The location is more than good! Located in Miami Beach the hostel is near to the beach, restaurants and bars! Very recommended.
