Hostel an sich war total okay. Jedoch hatten wir in der zweiten Nacht unser bis jetzt schlechtestes Erlebnis. Um 1 Aight nachts kam der Herr von der Rezeption mit Taschenlampe ins Zimmer(6er Dorm) und hat uns ins Gesicht geleuchtet und gefragt welche Betten den frei seien. Anschließend hat er zwei Partygäste(was man riechen konnte) des Clubs nebenan reingelassen. Nach 10 min haben diese begonnen Sex zu haben. Selbst nach mehrmaligem bemerkbar machen und ansprechen haben diese nach kurzer Pause...

Les plus : L’hôtel est bien placé Le petit-déjeuner est bon, je trouve ça sympa de faire cuire ses pancakes soit même Les moins : Dortoirs bondés : 8 lits dans un petit espace, il est a peine possible de s’y déplacer… pas de places pour les affaires personnels, et pas de lockers… résultat on s’est fait voler une batterie portable ! Het hostel is erg oud en niet heel schoon. Alles was klam door de regen en de oudheid van het gebouw. Als je iets heel basics zoekt is het oke. Keuken was prima en gemeenschappelijke zitruimte. Gratis pannenkoeken was een plus.

Poor communication & treatment of my things. I extended my bed a night at check-in, but the receptionist booked a different dorm without telling me. My last day, I found the staff had taken my stuff out of the first room and dumped it in a garbage bag, but left my passport & credit card behind. They didn’t explain the forced move (the first dorm had space), why they hadn’t told me or apologise. Also the receptionist didn’t tell me there was free breakfast and I missed it the first two d...

Superb location (though right next to a bar which had a live band playing all night...), and the reception staff were super patient and helpful. Unfortunately the whole place feels like it could do with a fresh lick of paint - esp he dysfunctional bathrooms, where it's impossible to shower upstairs if someone else is showering downstairs. Unreliable hot water, limited power sockets, and the housekeeping staff's tendency to relocate shoes and towels without communicating were also annoying tbh.

*DO NOT* do your laundry at this place, my partner and I did laundry. For both it cost $18 dollars and when we got it back our stuff was still dirty, smelt of nothing but still had mud in our socks and shorts. My sports tops had new stains and the badges were pealing off due to the heat from the dryer. i usually don’t complain however as it was $18 I complained to reception who agreed that it was not good enough! Sent pictures to the lady who did it. I thought I would get some money back but g...

Gute Lage, sehr zentral und sehr süße und interessante Stadt. Leider ist es die ganze Nacht laut gewesen auch mit Ohropax. Okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Rezeption ist nur von 10- 18 Uhr anwesend. Konnte ein Schuttle nach Puerto Viejo für 50$ buchen.

Really friendly and helpful staff. However a few issues: dirty and fly infested showers, reception closes at 1800 (despite most modes of transport arriving after; we saw many people unable to check in and forfeit their reservation for the night - we only made it by 5 minutes ourselves), very noisy due to bar next door and tree with hundreds of birds outside from 4am. There's free pancakes at random mornings, not mentioned on checkin. Overall OK hostel.

The location of the hostel is great however would not stay again. Dorm was okay but the restaurant next door blasted loud music all day. There was only two showers which had nowhere to put stuff and one was cold. The staff were not very helpful and felt very judgy.

It’s good for a few nights. I think it’s the cheapest option in boquete. The sofa areas are nice though and there is soft lighting everywhere which makes it cosy. The best thing is the location! The bathrooms could be nicer. The staff didn’t seem very happy or welcoming but maybe they were having bad days.

Hostel très bien placé, extrêmement propre, avec une cuisine très bien équipée et un personnel aimable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. Cependant, si vous êtes en télétravail, attention : le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas correctement, ce qui peut être problématique pour travailler.

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Entgegenkommend und flexibel auch. Als wir mit dem Nachtbus ankamen und das zweieinhalb Stunden früher als geplant, nämlich schon um 6 Uhr, weil der Bus ab Panama-Stadt nach David gerast war und der nächste früher weiterfuhr als angekündigt, durften wir doch schon am Vormittag in unser fertiges Zimmer einchecken und nicht wie normalerweise um 14 Uhr. Beste Lage, mitten im Zentrum, Supermarkt, gut bestückter, 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Cafés gegenüber.

The staff, atmosphere, and overall vibe was one of the most homey and wholesome experiences I’ve had at a hostel. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a great hangout area outside and free pancake mix in the mornings!

Wir haben in einem privatem Doppelzimmer übernachtet. Es gab keinen einzigen Haken um Klamotten oder Handtücher im Zimmer aufzuhängen und sonst auch kaum Platz fürs Gepäck. Für Wanderklamotten gab es einen extra Waschraum. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Das Hostel hat eine große Küche und es ist alles recht sauber, was an den vielen Regeln liegen könnte mit denen das Hostel zugekleistert ist. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Kaffee der rundum die Uhr zur Verfügung steht.

Staff was very friendly. Facilities were clean. The hostel feels cozy. Great location. Good atmosphere. Definitely recommend to all travelers.

Super Hostel, zentral gelegen, gute Küche, Möglichkeit, leute kennenzulernen. Die Stockbetten sind leider echt nicht geil, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit, Steckdose Weit weg und mann theoretisch oben sehr einfach rausfallen.

Super cool place. Reminds me of an old farm house. Hot water is super hit and miss. Nice kitchen.

A really lovely hostel, just a five minute walk from the center. It’s located in a quiet area, and staying there feels almost like living with the host family, which creates a very homey atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. During my stay, it wasn’t super social overall, but I did meet some lovely women in the girls dorm.

In centro a Boquete. L'ostello offre numerosissime attività da fare. Ambiente bello, il giardino esterno è molto bello e la cucina è grande e spaziosa. Io avevo il bagno e doccia in camera (era una camerata) quindi tanta roba per un ostello così economico. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, però non parla inglese. Non so se gli parlate in un'altra lingua che non sia spagnolo siano altrettanto gentili e cordiali. Unica pecca è che Boquete è un paese rumoroso, però credo sia cos�...

Tolles Hostel, direkt am Hauptplatz. Das Personal ist super nett und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Amazing location on central plaza. Very safe and staff very friendly. Decent kitchen and social areas available. Dorm comfortable. Good bathroom facilities.

The hostel had an ideal location in the centre of town, however at the weekends this can be annoying as the bar next door blasts music til at least midnight. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Due to the low season it was very quiet during our stay but meant we essentially got a private in a dorm. The shared bathrooms are downstairs which can be slightly annoying but have hot water. The staff are very friendly and helpful in booking transfers and tours.
