Absolute Horrible Service. Dont go there. Go to Tequila Sunrise Hostel or Capsule.

Dirty bathroom, no atmosphere, hostel make no effort as no events are planned. Items stolen from me when I left my bags near reception in the morning of check out (where the hostel staff told me to leave stuff the day I arrived)

So I book BUNKS prior to my arrival. I hop off the plane, exhausted and not feeling well. I make my way to Bunks to then be told that I require passport, which I dont have and was NOT told to have. I was also told there is a age bracket to stay there. I am 53 and AGAIN was NOT told this prior to booking. I get to BUNKS to be told all of this and that I cannot check in. This experience has DISGUSTED me. Communication is HORRIBLE at this place and I highly do NOT reccommend this place!!

Alles war dreckig, vor allem die Küche. Mein Zimmer wurde nicht gesaugt, denn der Boden war bei meiner Ankunft furchtbar dreckig. Unsere Türe lies sich nicht richtig schließen und war quasi für jeden offen zugänglich. Die Terrassentür war nicht dicht und es wurde sehr kalt & es war sehr laut nachts. Allgemein die Atmosphäre war nicht gut.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt und bin eine Nacht früher abgereist.

kitchen didn’t have enough supplies, no forks or bowls left at peak dinner time inherently unsocial due to layout of rooms and common areas, plus lots of groups so i wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers bathroom in room was dirty and the main door to room doesn’t shut properly so regularly left open location was good though

The staff were incredibly rude. Was really loud in the mornings when cleaning the room. Huffing when we asked them not to clean the room. Issue with locking us out our room when reception needed to speak with us. A phone call would have been better instead of turning our keys off. We worried that if we came back really late at night we wouldn’t have been able to get even into the building!!! Really terrible practice. We have told everyone we know not to go bunk as the beds are also uncomfortab...

4 bed shared room was disgusting, other people’s belongings everywhere, locker I was allocated full, bathroom dirty with tampon strings/used earbuds everywhere. Other guests up at all hours to shower and get ready to take “house calls”. Miserable experience and would never return.

Good location right next to the beach, rooms clean and spacious. Just didnt love the top bunk it wasnt very comfortable

The rooms were nice and formatting very private. However, the kitchen was nasty, all dishes had to be washed before use to be able to eat out of. Old sponges etc. Bathrooms also nasty and basically no common bathrooms (2 which closed at 10). Not very social expect when partying. The beds were uncomfortable and the AC in the room was freezing and no proper duvet… Events hosted was fine. Our keycards kept stop working even at night which prompted a dangerous situation had someone not let us in.

Perfect location and pool and common areas were super nice and spacious!

Great hostel. Feels premium, safe and clean for a very affordable price Deluxe room was great with comfy beds and clean bathroom Had an issue with my card where it wasn’t wouldn’t let me in the room. Spoke to staff about it before I went out in the evening and when I returned the problem was sorted which was great! Would stay here again when I’m next in the Gold Coast

One of the best hostels ive stayed in for a while the staff were all lovely and helped with everything especially rex who looked after all the events

great location, close to everything you need. a spacious kitchen with the basics. I stayed in a 4female dorm, on the 'hotel' side of the hostel. wasn't really clean, beds were comfortable but the airconditioning had a 'pre-set' and we weren't allowed to change it, so the room was cold like a fridge.

Rooms were really dirty and smelt very strongly of long term lingering damp. Shower dirty and mouldy. Past the lobby the whole place is just run down. WIFI naff

Coole Zimmer mit viel Privatsphäre, schöne Gemeinschaftsbereiche und Whirlpool und Pool sind auch sehr cool

Clean. En-suite bathrooms. Not a huge socia energy but centrally located.

accidently booked a luxury room, which was really nice. the hostel wasn't that social

Decent hostel, beds are pretty good and in a great location
