- a guy died and the staff did absolutely nothing to help, not calling an ambulance NOTHING it’s absolutely unacceptable

- *ALERT THEFT* In this hostel your stuff is not safe!!! Cleaning and maintenance staff steal money and clothes from all the guests. When you make a complaint about it the owner will not do anything. SO I ADVICE YOU TO REALLY NOT STAY HERE. Unless you want to get stolen from
+ Location was good, nice to look out on the river when having breakfast. Breakfast was basic but nice, the people who made it were really sweet.
- The owner and daughter were really rude. I haven't encountered anything like it. They lost some of my clothes when I gave it in for laundry. I had some of someone else's clothes mixed with mine. I asked them if they could look to see if they had my missing clothing, or to ask other guests. They didn't find it. They said this happens all the time there, they mix up a lot of clothes - I was surprised how they thought this was ok. I said it wasn't a normal or good thing. They shouted at me for it and the younger girl flat out told me she didn't like me. It was quite upsetting. Another girl staying there tried to help and told them they had lost some of her clothes, too, and 3 other girls had their clothes missing after laundry, too. They didn't seem to care. The room was a bit cramped with regards to everyone's luggage. No lockers.

- Don't stay. Young reception staff said "It's No room" and "go some hotel" when I check-in at 10pm. She never admits and apologies for a mistakes. Then just said "It's not my fault" I can not believe why that kind of staff can working at guesthouse.

L’auberge est correcte, mais beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c’est (Environ 17€ la nuit) Les lits sont assez confortables, l’espace commun est plutôt sympa Mais les chasses d’eau ne fonctionnent pas bien dans la plupart des toilettes, le petit déjeuner n’est pas très consistant, il y a des insectes dans la chambre Bref si le prix était bien plus bas ce serait ok, mais pour 17€ on s’attend à davantage de qualité Si vous souhaitez séjourner à Luang Prabang, je vous reco...

O lugar tem uma vista bem legal, camas confiáveis, é limpo e tem um bom café da manhã. Mas faltam aconchego, várias coisinhas que não funcionam.

Ducha con agua caliente de verdad!!!!!! Habitaciones súper limpias y personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. El desayuno te lo cocinan al momento lo cual también me pareció fantástico.

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Hostel! Gratis Frühstück und toller Gemeinschaftsbereich! Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Me encanta este lugar!! Y la excursión a las cataratas jaja la vista desde el balcón es increíble, buen espacio para socializar! Ambiente acogedor.
Ótimo hostel: barato, excelente localização e café da manhã. Superou minhas expectativas.
