Next'House - Business Bay Central Hostel

The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The entrance was extremely hard to find—you had to walk all the way around a parking lot to locate it. The dorm was filled with all kinds of clutter, more like a wholesale market than a place meant for a comfortable sleep. The bathroom was also piled with miscellaneous items, and the room had an unpleasant smell. And the management didn’t seem to have any interest in improving any of this.

I’m a solo female traveler and booked this place for two days. The property was difficult to find and the host barely answered. I was in shock when entered there. The female dormitory is SO dirty you can’t even imagine how. Make up kits , lingeries , clothes , essentials, food etc were on the floor. I arrived at 8pm and couldn’t even use the bathroom until 12 am bcs it was occupied all the time. The closet was full and other shelves. There was no air at the bunk. Only tiny air flow with mo...

Alles ins allem war es einfach nicht gut. Es ist sehr schwer zu finden, es ist nicht sauber, die Matratze ist durchgelegen, das Kissen flocht von vielen Waschen und es war bis ein Uhr morgen sehr laut. Kann es nicht empfehlen. Einziger Pluspunkt, dass der Host super schnell antwortet.

Honestly I’ve stayed at a lot of hostels (which I look into reviews for carefully beforehand), and this was my least favourite. I don’t believe my sheets were washed (though luckily the towel was), it smelled bad, and even though this is not the hostel’s fault, the clientele were horrendous. Slamming the door at all hours of the night, talking loudly at 6am, and no respect for personal property.

Good location, pretty loud often as hostel noise rules aren't well enforced at night. It's at least 24 beds in a 3 bed apartment so rather congested. The living room furnishings could be a bit cleaner and the place could do more to optimize the layout of the common area to foster chill vibes. Not the worst for short term stays. Throughly mid.

The hostel is clean and has a kitchen so thats good. There was one staff member (who's name I don't know but he was from Guinea) who was lovely and really helpful. I booked this hostel as it said it had a fitness centre, it did not. I asked the manager about this and he was not receptive to offering a discount. The hostel is a 15min walk from the metro and 20-25min walk from Dubai mall. It was full mostly of men on work trips. I didnt see any of the females in my room so its very unsociable.

(I was in the ladies dorm and most problems resulted from the manager who I was told is new and the one before did a way better job) - Male Manager just came in without knocking - Poor cleaning by manager & leaking tap in our room - No tour or instructions by manager - Far from metro + Late checkin possible + comfy bed + lots of space for personal stuff + nice common area + nice, social vibe (lots of people live there permantly) + supermarket, cafes… nearby

Full of people living there. Not particularly close to the metro and further to Dubai mall than it appears. Have to enter through the car park every time.

Roommates have no respect for Night rules and most of them are not very social. Nights were very hot so if you prefer a colder atmosphere at night its definetely not a good place to stay.

Everything about the Nexts Hostel is Really Great .Other than some weird people From Canada 🇨🇦 and Turkey 🇹🇷 who try to control you with new rules and Being selfish, fighting for TV seriously who does that.But Hope this 2 guys would be gone when you arrive at the hostel .Rest the Hostel is cool,Very Peaceful ,Clean and You will have a Blissful stay with Tranquility and Filled with happiness .

Great location, nice vibe. I could interact with friendly and dynamic people and the apartment has everything needed. The cleanliness isn’t perfect but alright, and like any other hostel or guesthouse, your overall sleep experience will depend on who shares the room with you. Cheers!

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff were great, community areas and sleeping pods were great, location is a 15 minute walk from the Burj Khalifa. I would stay at this property again & I would recommend it !

Epic hostel in the heart of Dubai! The sleeping pods are very convenient, allowing for privacy while sleeping. The living room is spacious and you can find fellow travellers working / to chat with in. Kitchen has all necessary amenities & clean-up policy - everything is in general kept clean multiple times per day by the staff. Great experience & highly recommended! Overall the place is also very organized, with a luggage area near the door. Also has high-speed wifi & anironing. -Tomi (Dec-2025)

I had a great experience in this hostel ! Central location near Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall is perfect it’s just 5 min in taxi or 1 metro stop away so it’s perfect And also great team

Amazing value for money accommodation based in centre of Dubai. Burj khalifa walk at 10 minutes, business bay Metro 8-10 minutes and restaurants and cafes all around. The place is clean and got to meet people from all over the world

I had a great stay at this hostel. Around 7 min walk from metro station. City center really close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. The house team is nice. I recommend

Loved my stay here! The beds are comfy, rooms are always clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. The vibe is super friendly, it’s easy to meet people and hang out in the common area. The manager was always available on WhatsApp if I needed anything, which made everything simple. You can tell they really care about the guests. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Dubai.

Such a great experience! The location is unbeatable, close to Downtown, Burj Khalifa, and the metro. The hostel has a really positive vibe, and everyone was super friendly and respectful. Everything is spotless, well organized, and feels very safe. Perfect mix of travelers and digital nomads. For the price and the quality, it’s honestly one of the best places to stay ..

Auberge correspondant à la description qui en est faite et répondant à mes attentes.Personnel agréable,cuisine bien équipée et propre .Les personnes qui partageaient le dortoir mixte avec moi étaient respectueuses du repos d'autrui. Petite supérette au niveau des garages ouverte en permanence,patique ! J'y retournerai sans hésitation bien que ce ne soit quand meme pas Burj Al Arab !!

I’ve stayed in several hostels around Dubai, and this one definitely has the best location by far. Just a few steps from the metro and close to everything you might need — shops, cafes, tourist spots, and the beach. Highly recommended for solo travelers and backpackers!
