Abusive host !

Horrible horrible experience. The host is a bully and a scammer. I had concerns about the pool not being clean (filled with bugs, hair, dirt, no chlorine or running engine) somehow that triggered her. The shower was clogged and found dead bugs on my bed. She then started attacking and accusing me of an unplugged lamp? Then scams me for the total amount of my stay, yelled and humiliated me in front of other guests holding hostage my personal belongings. I left in tears. Do yourself a favor go som...

This is not a hostel, it’s a suffocating mother’s house disguised as kindness. Everything has a price: towel, banana, water, luggage, even 5% card fee. You must sign lists for breakfast, let her order your taxi, obey her advice on where to go or not, even which tailor to use. Argue and she screams, justifies every abuse

6 bed dorm - clean however there are no lockers (except small safety deposit box) and no curtains. Moved to private because I was unwell. The owner was accommodating. However, as we moved over, we noticed bed bugs. We are familiar with bed bugs from prior hostels. We notified staff about the bedbugs (with video evidence) discreetly to not alarm guests. We were frustrated by our dismissal as simply ‘anxious,’ and were told it was just Vietnamese spiders (100% bed bugs). We moved hostels.

Don't stay here if you want a comfortable and safe stay and a caring host! The owner is seriously irritating and refused to give me back my towel deposit which was way too high to begin with, even though it disappeared from the clothes hanger I put it on where I last left it. If you want to keep your things safe, you should lock them up, but unfortunately, the are no lockers either lol surprise... Did not feel comfortable during my entire stay and would definitely not recommend.

Goede ervaring gehad bij Saclo, lief en behulpzaam personeel. Ook nadat we weg waren heeft de hostes ons nog geholpen met bookingen maken voor de Ha Giang Loop. Verder waren de kamers ruim en schoon ook was het ontbijt top!!

Das mit Abstand beste Hostel in Vietnam! Lyna, die Hostel Mom lebt für das Hostel und Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Wobei das Wort Gast nicht ganz zu trifft. Ich habe mich eher als Familienmitglied gefühlt. Bei Problemen und sonstigen Dingen hat man jederzeit Hilfe bekommen. :) Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett wurde jeden Tag gemacht. Das Frühstück war sehr divers und super lecker. Nach 7 Tagen (3 waren geplant) bin schweren Herzens weitergezogen. Danke für das tolle Erlebnis und bis ba...

Phòng sạch đẹp sang chảnh, nhân viên khách sạn dễ thương và nhẹ nhàng, có điểm trừ nhỏ là nhà vệ sinh thỉnh thoảng có mùi hôi nhẹ của cống thoát. Mình hơi nhạy cảm với mùi nên góp ý để nơi này hoàn thiện hơn thôi hà.

Ottimo hotel a 2km dal centro. Camere grandi e molto pulite. Staff eccellente e disponibile. Eccellent hotel. Only 20' by walk to the town town. New and beautifully built hotel with very friendly, helpful and caring staff

Lễ tân Phương nhiệt tình, hòa Đồng vui vẻ, chu đáo với khách. Giá phòng hợp lý, đẹp, có hồ bơi tiện lợi.

Cô chủ vui tính và hiếu khách. Khách sạn yên tĩnh.

Tolles Hostel mit einem sehr guten und familiären Vibe. Es werden jeden Tag Aktivitäten geplant und Lyna kümmert sich um alles was man braucht. Hab meinen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

정말 친절하고 저렴합니다

Je recommande cette hostel parce que la gérante Lyna est vraiment sympathique, très accueillante et vous aide à organiser votre séjour si besoin. L'hostel est aussi bien placée, dans un endroit calme et assez proche du centre. Des vélos sont mis à disposition pour 30000 dongs par jour, très pratique pour se déplacer.
