The hostel is making advertisement that they have 24/7 reception. that's a lie. I arrived at 4 in the morning with a night bus and everything was closed. They gave me the choice to check in now and pay the full night or leave the hostel immediately and wait on the street. You can't go out after 11 p.m, the doors are locked. I felt like the only traveler there, the other people seem to be staff or family and friends.

+ Me agrado la forma de ser recibido,lo que no me agrado fue el poco funcionamiento del aire acondicionado a ratos no sirve mucho , además el cerrar la cocina a cierta hora no fue grato ya que tenia deseo de beber agua y no pude hacerlo, tampoco prender la luz y hacerlo por voluntad propia por respeto, bueno sería haber aclarado esa información al momento de llegar a la hostel.

I was here during low season, so there weren’t too many guests. Which was perfect at the time as I just wanted to chill. The bunks are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The only thing is that my laundry came back being not super clean.
Dans l’ensemble une superbe auberge de jeunesse avec un personnel très accueillant ! Nous avons même pu rester 2 nuits de plus sans que cela ne dérange ! Cependant cela reste des dortoirs et certaines personnes manquent de savoir vivres en faisant du bruit jusqu’à 00h00 voir même au milieu de la nuit ou encore même être au téléphone à 5h00 du matin. Heureusement cela n’a duré qu’une seule nuit, ne pas hésiter à le faire savoir.
Overall a superb hostel with a very welcoming staff! we even managed to stay 2 more nights without it bothering us! however there are still dormitories and some people lack the know-how to make a living by making noise until 00:00 see even in the middle of the night or even being on the phone at 5:00 in the morning. fortunately it only lasted one night, do not hesitate to let us know.

Great hostel in Iquique, made extra special by the staff - Eduardo and Celso are amazing hosts and I enjoyed chatting with them. Fun sociable vibe at the weekend. The semi outdoor kitchen is well designed and great to cook/hang out/have a drink. There's also an awesome bar across the road with good food, drinks & live music
don't be put off by the 3-high beds, they are nowhere near as bad as they look. nice and close to the beach
Super lieu ! Très facile d’accès avec la station de métro à 5 min à pied . Personnel sympa .

+ As soon as I walked in I felt at home. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hostel is set up well and in a great spot. There's even a little pool and an excellent hangout spot in the back. The kitchen has tons of sinks and cook spaces, and there's even a grill out back. The bunks are super private, like little personal pods with curtains, I slept great. It's across the street from a craft beer bar which is a huge plus, about two blocks from a big grocery store, a couple blocks from the ocean and the beach, and surrounded by restaurants and little food spots. One of the better hostels I've stayed in, absolutely loved it.

Cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in, amazing people and the hostel itself has loads of space and facilities :) 10/10 would definitely recommend
Such a lovely place
wonderful staff & volunteers. very clean, always someone cleaning! great, laid back atmosphere and just a few minutes from the beach :) also loved the beds, curtains and lockers
Super! Manager and volunteers were so friendly and always cleaning! Big dorm with personal locker, lights, plug, privacy curtain. Nice common areas inside and out. Well stocked and designed kitchen! East walk to supermarket, beaches, restaurants, etc.
Volvería de todas maneras a quedarme en esta hostal es una maravilla....
I would come back anyway to stay at this hostel it is a wonder....
