+ Staff members were nice although charged me $5 to keep my luggage safe for a few hours.
- The location is next to a homeless shelter and you have a crowd of homeless people at the entrance of the building usually. If you have never seen homeless of SF be prepared. My most complaint was the noise and the smell in the room coming from a bakery/factory in front of the window. I managed to sleep through it but I hated it.

- The fire alarm panel was beeping for the entire duration of my stay, 2 days. The fan in my room had a knocking sound, when I spoke to the staff about this, their only solution was to switch off the fan if it was making a noise. Poor service, the noise kept me up all night for 2 days.
It’s in a very sketchy area. I would never recommend anyone to stay on 6th street in San Francisco
Sadly this has got to be the worst place we've ever stated at. There are zombie drug addicts and homeless people hanging out around the property day and night - it's NOT SAFE AT ALL. You can't sleep at night as you hear them yelling and swearing on the street. You can't leave this place or come home by yourself. I've never seen anything like this in my life. You're in the ghetto! Our room and the hotel itself has 0 atmosphere - I mean zero! Not even a single picture anywhere, the colours are dr...

- The drug addled vagrants who were encamped outside the door was not a good situation. Rooms are dorm style which is alright if you’re used to that setup. No A/C and because of the vagrants there was non-stop sirens, music, and shouting from the street four stories below.

+ Staff was wonderful. My room was a little bit delayed getting ready, but the fix was very quick. I liked that the room was safely away from the main areas. It's as clean as 100 year old buildings can be in SF. Some minor spots of concern, but good air quality, no mold, etc. Its the best stay than any hotel you can get on 6th, certainly. Great for the price and in a pinch, as I had to reassign last minute. While the location isn't great, it's only a few steps away from Market, so as long as you use Market and not continue going down 6th to get anywhere, it's safe.
- 6th Street has the homeless shelter, which makes it the street and onward for a lot of homeless to congregate. As long as you're polite and mind your own business, they mind their own business as well. But as a result, nights are noisy, and the area is concerning.

- There are many homeless people in the area, but this is clearly a city-wide issue, not related to the hotel itself. The responsibility lies with the local authorities, not the property

+ La ubicación es muy buena. El hombre de la recepción fue muy amable y hablaba español.
- Las habitaciones a pesar de tener radiadores no tenían encendida la calefacción y hacía frio. Lo mismo pasaba con el agua de la ducha, salía más bien fría. La cama era bastante incómoda y tenía poca ropa de abrigo.

- Neighborhood seemed to be dangerous due to many zombies vegetating on the street... I think there was not enough showers and toilets for such amount of rooms in the building. The view wasn't a nice one
